"My stay this time was absolutely perfect! First and foremost, I have to give a huge shout out to Jossce at the front desk the service was incredibly thoughtful. They proactively asked about my needs before check in, not only upgrading my room but also kindly arranging a late check out, which allowed me to fully unwind and recharge. I couldn’t have been more impressed. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, with easy access to both transportation and great food spots right outside the door. The upgraded room was clean and cozy, and the view from the window was a lovely surprise. What delighted me most was the blackout effect of the curtains. On my previous stays here, the curtains didn’t block light very well, often disturbing my sleep early in the morning with sunlight. This time, however, that wasn’t an issue at all I slept soundly until I woke up naturally, and it was so pleasant! I’ve already recommended this hotel to my friends, and I’ll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit！"

"I had a great stay at the Shenzhen Dongmen Yitang Service Apartment. The location is excellent—situated in a very decent area right near Dongmen. It is conveniently nestled between the nearby metro station and several major shopping malls, making it super easy to explore or get around the city. There are also plenty of quick dining options nearby like KFC and McDonald's if you need a fast meal. The room itself was impressively spacious and much bigger than a standard hotel room. I loved the ”homely” feel provided by the in-room facilities, which included a microwave, stove, and a washing machine. Having these amenities made the stay so much more comfortable, and it is definitely an ideal choice if you are planning to stay for more than a few days!"

"This is my second stay at Qiu Guo, and the design is so much better than other hotels in the same price range. The natural wood tones are very soothing, and the room layout is well-designed and not cramped. They pay attention to details: there's a USB socket right by the bed, the shampoo doesn't dry out your hair, and there's even free late-night congee. The location is convenient, with many dining options nearby. It will definitely be my first choice in the future; the value for money is truly excellent. I really hope this isn't just a review for the sake of it. When you stay at a hotel for a business trip, it's for rest, not to be woken up while sleeping. So, I have to leave this review!"

A high-quality business center and fitness facilities also ensure all guest needs are met.
"This is the best value-for-money hotel in Futian. While not newly renovated, its style and design are classic and beautiful. The front desk kindly upgraded me to a junior suite. Both the living room and bedroom featured large floor-to-ceiling windows with fantastic views. I only had two minor issues: First, housekeeping forgot to provide bottled water. I only realized there wasn't any in the room late at night and had to call room service to get some. Also, upon check-in, I noticed that one of the drawers on either side of the living room was half open and the other was closed, indicating that room service attention to detail could be improved. Second, the room had some smart amenities, but their effectiveness was minimal. For example, the electric trash can and automatic kettle – the latter was actually broken, as the water I set to 100 degrees was still cold after half an hour. Ironically, the things that truly needed an upgrade weren't. On one side of the bed, only the time display had a charging port; one port didn't work, and the other made a loud noise when charging. I ended up having to use the old-fashioned outlet on the other side of the bed. If renovations are planned, I'd suggest focusing on these essential areas. Overall, the positives far outweigh these minor drawbacks. The lobby decor is magnificent, with a strong Christmas atmosphere, and the service was excellent. It's a hotel I really like."

"Here's my honest feedback: **Location:** Hands down, perfect! It's a 6-8 minute walk to the north entrance of the Exhibition Center and less than 10 minutes to the Indoor Ski Resort. Last night, I finished the night session around 11 PM, threw my wet clothes in the washing machine, and this morning I walked out in dry, fresh clothes – so convenient! **Room:** Exceeded expectations! I booked an Executive King Room, but they gave me a 40 sqm+ room with a private balcony! The 1.8m king bed was just the right firmness, and there were two pillow options: buckwheat and down. The best part? The floor-to-ceiling window directly faced the Exhibition Center and the ski resort. I enjoyed blue skies and snow views during the day, and a light show at night. My social media posts were legendary! **Details:** Very thoughtful! • The fridge is a proper fridge, not just a mini-cooler. • Laundry detergent and are free and unlimited refills. **Minor Regrets:** 1. No breakfast (but there's a Luckin Coffee, Tai Er, and Heytea within 100 meters downstairs, so it's easy to grab something). 2. Soundproofing is above average. There was a little noise from the kids next door last night, but I put on my earplugs and fell asleep instantly – no issues at all. In summary: If you're coming to Shenzhen Bao'an for an exhibition, skiing, or a conference, book this place without hesitation. I'll definitely be back!"

The surrounding area is a bit chaotic due to being next to a mall and residential area, but the upside is that dining options are very convenient. The hotel offers breakfast; it's not super extensive, but it has most of the essentials. If you have to leave early and miss breakfast, there's a McDonald's and KFC nearby that seem to be open 24 hours. The room was clean and tidy, and the service attitude was good. Overall, I'm satisfied."

What surprised me the most was that it not only had a washing machine, but also a microwave, an induction cooker, and a small balcony – truly fully equipped.
