The hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful; it's a tranquil villa complex featuring a central swimming pool surrounded by lush, dense coconut groves. They offered convenient shuttle service for both arrival and departure, and even helped with our luggage. The front desk staff were also incredibly helpful. Guests can rent bikes or scooters directly from the front desk, which is not only fantastic value but also super convenient for exploring Shenzhou Peninsula and Shimei Bay. I even accidentally lost the key to our rented scooter, but they handled the situation smoothly and professionally. I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended! "The environment of this sea view apartment is excellent. It is located on the seaside, allowing you to admire the magnificent sea view and enjoy the gentle sea breeze. "I went to Hainan with my friends and booked a hotel. My friend stayed in the Haiya Big Bed. You can see the sea and lighthouse from the balcony. "I've stayed at two places in Wanning, and compared to the other one, this hotel is truly excellent. First off, the service is fantastic. The staff members are all very kind and even offer shuttle service to the beach, always available when we called. The room is huge and so much cleaner than the previous place. Although both looked similar online, the actual stay was completely different. Details really matter! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Wanning. Plus, there are plenty of dining options nearby. Service was great too!"

"Facilities: Extremely well-equipped. The washing machine and refrigerator are absolutely essential in a tropical coastal city. It was so convenient to just toss our swimsuits into the washing machine after a dip in the sea every day. The guesthouse even provided small packets of laundry detergent, which was more than enough. It was also great to have a fridge for storing fruits and desserts we bought. The TV is large and supports screen mirroring, which is fantastic. The air conditioning is powerful too. We could use the pools and water park at the Legend Seaview Hotel, which is a great perk. Unfortunately, the water park wasn't open in June, but the pool was still very good. Environment: Absolutely beautiful. The balcony view is exceptional, with double-sided sea views. I wanted to take photos every day, and it really lifted my spirits. For this price, this guesthouse offers incredible value. Service: The housekeeper service is excellent. They respond instantly during working hours and are always ready to help. If something was missing or broken, repairs were done very promptly. An auntie came to clean every day, and the service quality was comparable to a hotel. Hygiene: For a guesthouse, the hygiene was already very good. However, I have a few suggestions: First, because the air by the sea is humid, the carpets in the bedroom tend to develop a musty smell if the windows aren't open for a while, and they're difficult to maintain. Dry flooring would be cleaner. It would be great if the carpet could be removed. Second, upon check-in, we found a bit of old food residue in the refrigerator 😂. It would be good to improve the cleanliness of food storage areas like the fridge. Third, perhaps because the entire building consists of apartments with kitchens, we found large cockroaches every day during our stay (for someone from the north, they truly seemed big). However, after asking the cleaning auntie to increase the dosage of cockroach killer, the ones we found afterward were basically dead. Aside from these three points, I was quite satisfied with the guesthouse's hygiene. Location: It's on Rongchuang Peninsula, where there are plenty of dining and shopping options. There are also many shuttle buses to the beach, which is very convenient. However, food and drinks on the island are a bit pricier. We rented an electric scooter and sometimes went to the village for meals and to buy fruit."

"After reading many reviews, I chose this hotel. Before coming, I was worried about cleanliness and heard that the roads nearby were bad. However, upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised! The room was big and bright, especially the balcony, which was huge and offered a first-class sea view. Sitting on the balcony was a real treat. The surroundings were also very quiet and beautiful. The room even had its own washing machine, kitchen, and refrigerator, though there were no bowls or pots. It was completely worth the money. We arrived early, and the front desk staff immediately arranged a room for us. I don't know why some people said the roads were bad; the roads were perfectly fine to drive on. Perhaps they were referring to the parking lot road. The only downside is that there aren't many attractions nearby. However, if you're coming for the winter with a few families, it's quite good. Although there's no public transportation, it's easy to hail a ride right outside. The island's sightseeing buggy can also pick up and drop off guests to the bridgehead."

We're quite noisy, and always worry about it when booking a chill B&B like this. But this place was surprisingly quiet. Even in the morning, a few free-range chickens woke us up, haha. Overall, the value for money and the experience were excellent. It's clear they put a lot of effort into running the B&B. We even unexpectedly enjoyed a barbecue the owner hosted for his friends that evening. The ingredients were all super fresh. The adorable little cat, Gungun, also won us over.
