"Service was great. I really appreciate the service staff at the concierge who helped me, even after I have left the office and the country. There was a problem with my package delivery where the merchant refused to accept the return. She really went above and beyond to help! Room was clean and I enjoyed the swing in the room! Lots of restaurants nearby and there was a spa next door, which we unfortunately didn't have the time to go to. We had dinner at the restaurant next to the hotel and the food was delicious. The free airport transfer was super convenient. Will definitely choose to stay here again!"

The pillows were comfortable, and the bathroom had excellent hot water with great pressure, which was scorching hot – perfect for someone who loves a good hot shower. **Cons:** The window was tiny and faced the corridor, leading to extremely poor soundproofing. I was woken up twice by noise, once after midnight and again at 4 AM. It sounded like several men from either the room next door or across the hall were up talking loudly, seemingly not sleeping.
