"It was nice stay, just that we assumed there would be kitchen from the pictures. From the trip.com website it was not so clear if the room had kitchen. Very tricky you may end up choosing non-kitchen room , so better to check with hotel. location is very close train station and 10 min walk, 2 mins ubahn to penny, aldi at neukolln. The rooms were kept very clean and tidy everyday. Overall, we are happy with stay and services provided."

"We booked a studio, which was perfectly furnished. Location is really good, because it is really central, and also next to the river, which was a huge bonus for us, cause we had the opportunity for amazing morning walks with our dog. Also there is a lot of public transport station nearby. The place was really clean and nice. The staff were friendly and our stay were really pleasant. Totally recommend!"

"The hotel is very beautiful and clean, the only manko is the lock system by mobile, that find it personally is not so well thought. If the battery is empty or the phone is broken you don't get in, as nervous it's always to open the Internet link to be able to close. If the wlan falls out or the customer has no mobile data network anymore, you don't get in. So I would like to get in the top with the code you use below, but as I said at the hotel, otherwise nothing is to be exposed."

"The shower in the room they wanted to put us in was broken Then I had to pay 45€ more so that I could get a decent room, which isn't that great. I've already paid enough and had to pay on top of that, very sad"

"Incredibly comfortable. Some of the best and longest sleep I’ve had in months. The air conditioning temperature and the comfort of the bed was incredible. The hotel was incredibly central to many museums and tourist destinations. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They let me have a slightly late checkout so I can shower before leaving for the airport. The breakfast was delicious and varied. Would definitely stay here again next time I visit Berlin."

"I I had an unforgettable hotel experience. When I arrived, I tried to push the door open, but it was locked. There was no doorbell. Just as I was fretting over what to do, three groups of guests who had booked the same hotel tried to enter, but none of them could get in. Then one of the guests noticed a digital keypad and typed in the code from her email, but none of them could get in. Each of our groups tried their codes, but none of them could get in. As we were still fretting, the door suddenly opened, and a guest came out, allowing us all to enter. That guest explained that the hotel had emailed us a ten-digit start code and a four-digit comfort code. You had to enter the start code first, then the comfort code, to open the door. The other guests had both the start code and the comfort code, but my email only contained the comfort code. The kind guest checked my email and confirmed that it contained only the comfort code. He then called the hotel, and they said our reservation had been cancelled because we hadn't paid the city tax. However, I clearly saw on the check-in voucher that the €29.90 check-in fee was payable upon arrival. The staff member on the phone later said they would email us the payment and, after payment, gave us a new start code and comfort code. After payment, we finally got a room. However, upon checking in, I discovered it wasn't the Standard Studio with Balcony we'd booked, but a Standard Studio. I didn't want to call them again to complain about the mistake; I just wanted a comfortable room. The hotel's location is convenient, about a 5-minute walk from S train station, and the room was generally acceptable."

"非常好的酒店，值得特地寫一個長評 🩵服務：酒店是自助checkin，預訂後會發郵件過來填一些聯繫訊息，我給了之前在英國用的手機號所以可以無障礙在whatsapp聯繫。我們早上六點半落地柏林八點多到的酒店，酒店沒有前台但是樓下的同名咖啡店某種意義上也充當了前台的作用可以寄存行李。到之前工作人員會詢問到達時間然後給可以在酒店內通行的密碼（都是輸密碼的電子鎖）本來想這麼早先寄存行李了，但房間已經收拾好了工作人員激活了密碼，我們就提取入住了。工作人員真的特別好，表揚👍 💜環境：酒店在夏洛滕堡居民區這邊，我在柏林待了五天四晚東邊西邊都晃了一圈，最後結論是還是住這個區域最舒服。這邊靜謐，車流少遊客少，治安也挺好的（這點很重要）。交通和生活都很方便。附近有兩個大車站（有地鐵有輕軌有火車），都在步行十五分鐘的範圍內，直達市中心波茨坦廣場也就十幾分鍾，特別方便。附近有很多小餐館，越南菜館中餐館中國超市都有，也是步行十分鐘範圍內。兩條街外還有個類似這片區域中心的地方，有大商場大超市和很多葯粧店。 🩷房間設施：一室一廳的户型非常寬敞，大樹景落地窗很宜人。客廳有沙發落地燈餐桌電視櫃電視，還有b&o的藍牙音箱。小廚房和洗衣機都收納在壁櫃裏，配了全套的餐具廚具還有咖啡機。洗衣機是洗烘一體式的，但沒有配洗衣液，建議自帶點兒洗衣球，我們去附近超市買了。浴室很乾凈舒服，有淋浴有浴缸。房間的床我感覺是一米六的，在歐洲算蠻寬敞的了，兩個人睡一點不擠。 總之是非常非常好的居住體驗，每天在外面玩一天回來都有種回家的感覺，給這趟柏林之旅增添了很多美好，都有點不想去下一個城市了🥺下次來柏林還會首選Carlotta👍這錢花得太值了"

"It seems to be a monthly apartment for business travelers, and is primarily for long-term stays, but I stayed for two nights. Cleaning service is provided once a week. The lock was indeed difficult to open, but the front desk staff were very kind and helped me many times. Once I got the hang of it, it was no problem. The location, service, and room were all excellent, and I was very satisfied! The food at the cafe next door was also delicious!"

"Check-in and check-out is on your own, you even have to program the card yourself and there is never anyone behind the counter. Rooms are very nice, with a balcony, comfortable bed with plenty of pillows/cushions and a television with many channels (tho programs are in German or at least dubbed in it). They even give you nice bedroom slippers, a kettle and tea and coffee and there are plenty of sockets to charge your devices in the room. There is a safe, microwave, and small stove to do your cooking with plates, bowls, and cutlery provided. We can even use the laundry facilities (both washing machine and dryer) in the basement and help ourselves to extra towels and tissue boxes if we need to. Location is very near the Alexanderplatz train station (around 5-6 mins walk). Supermarket is also located about 5 mins aways from here, which is huge just bear in mind its closed on Sundays."
