"Adagio Munich Hotel Review: **Pros:** 1. **Excellent Location:** Very close to the Central Station. 2. **Convenient Airport Access:** Easily accessible from the airport via the S8/S9 S-Bahn to München Hauptbahnhof (approx. 40-minute journey). From the station, exit towards the passage by Platform 13, walk two blocks, then turn right and go straight to reach the hotel, which is less than a 6-minute walk from the station. 3. **Fully Equipped Aparthotel:** As an aparthotel, the room is equipped with an induction hob, electric kettle, cutlery, cooking utensils, and a refrigerator, making it very convenient for in-room cooking. 4. **Nearby Amenities:** There's a large supermarket close to the hotel. 5. **Thoughtful Lobby Offerings:** The lobby provides complimentary coffee with various options, including tea bags, which was a nice touch. 6. **In-Room Essentials:** A hairdryer, safe, ironing board, and iron are also provided. **Cons:** 1. **Inconsistent Hot Water:** The hot water in the bathroom was inconsistent, fluctuating between hot and cold, making it difficult to regulate. 2. **Slippery Bathroom Floor:** Furthermore, the bathroom floor became quite slippery after showering, posing a fall risk. 3. **Dim Room Lighting:** The room lighting was not bright enough. 4. **Bustling Station Area:** The area around the station can be quite bustling and diverse. Fortunately, as it was May, the long daylight hours meant the walk back to the hotel felt safe and well-lit, so it wasn't a major concern. 5. **Lack of Cleaning Tools for Extended Stays:** While no daily cleaning service is provided, which is common for an aparthotel, there were no basic cleaning tools available in the room. After several days, with some food crumbs accumulating, I would have appreciated having supplies to tidy up myself. This is an aspect the hotel could improve."

"Great hotel! Spacious, conveniently located in front of the tram stop and only a few stops away from the central station. There’s an Edeka (supermarket) within 10 minutes walk which makes it very suitable for long stay. Also, there’s a self-operated laundry at the basement for those who need to wash their clothes after a week long travel. I would definitely return and stay again."

"It is actually a really beautiful and cool hotel, close to the metro/ train, you will be in the city centre within 25 mins. And you will find supermarket/ bakery and drugstore right next to the hotel. Love the small kitchen inside the room. And the room is pretty spacious. Unfortunately, it is a bit inconvenient to us. It is more like a self serve hotel, cleaning will only come if you stay with them more than 5 days. If I am travelling alone, it would be fine for me. With 2 small kids and elderly it is just a bit inconvenient. Overall definitely recommend to ppl who travel for business or with friends or even family with teenagers."

"A warm and cosy hotel which is located near the Munich central station. The staff(Daniel and a young lady) were helpful and nice. I love particularly the common room which is a relaxing area for a morning coffee. My room is spacious and also comes with a small but well furnished kitchen. I would recommend this hotel to all those who are planning to visit Munich."

"A nice hotel, but the two bedroom is not really a two bedroom. It's more like a one bedroom plus the living area converted into the second sleeping area. I find the ”two bedroom” room type too squeezy for 4 pax. We cannot even eat together on the same table, no table space and not enough chairs. Also, although there is a lift, our floor is not at the lift landing, it's in-between the lift landing, so for those carrying big luggage, it was tedious, not recommended. Otherwise, the room facilities are good, the location is great. They also allow us to leave our luggage there while waiting for check-in, so that is nice too."

"I was very impressed with the value for money! A great kitchen with excellent amenities, a spacious apartment with beautiful wooden floors, and a very comfortable, large bed with a swivel TV! You could practically move in... I'll definitely be back!"

"I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and would like to share my experience. The room I stayed in is in a quiet location and is also close to the train station, which was extremely convenient. A particular highlight of the room was the small window in the shower that let in natural light, making for a pleasant showering experience. The kitchenette was well equipped with a microwave, kettle, fridge and even a Nespresso machine. The impression of the kitchenette was further enhanced by the use of black granite countertops. Crockery and cutlery were also available, which made self-catering very convenient. The room had a large modern Philips TV with internet connection, offering a variety of entertainment options. But the most outstanding feature of the stay was the extremely friendly staff, who were always helpful and courteous. Overall, my stay here was extremely pleasant and comfortable. I can highly recommend this hotel."

"Marriott's luxury hotel, opened for more than 3 months, is located between the old town of Munich and the central train station. The geographical location is absolutely convenient for travel, whether taking a taxi or public transportation, and even the surrounding Chinese restaurants are quite abundant, and you can switch between formal meals and fast food at will. The basic room is not large, but it is enough. In terms of service, you will feel warm as soon as you step into the door of the hotel (trolls will say, money is the god, of course, money in this world can solve most problems, such as service). The breakfast variety is rich enough, there are a la carte and buffet categories. I ate the miso soup in it for 3 days to satisfy the Chinese taste, but it was really salty, but the menu is the same every day without any change, which is a disadvantage. 👍Recommended"

"Even though I arrived earlier than the scheduled time, I was unable to check in, and after waiting for about two hours, I checked in at the scheduled time. However, the room I was shown to was being cleaned by a single cleaning staff member who seemed to be in a hurry. I went down to the floor and waited some more. When I entered the room, the smell of freshly cleaned detergent lingered for a while. The window was also left open. There was no trash can in the room, so I used the food waste bin in the kitchen. There were only two rolls of toilet paper left half-used, and no tissue paper box. I felt inconvenienced during my two-night stay. I struggled because I didn't know how to turn on the TV and there was no guide. I asked the cleaning staff in the hallway, but they still didn't know how to operate it. I tried for two days, but I couldn't watch it. There were no instructions about the room or the apartment, which was inconvenient. (Because I'm not good at communicating in English) One of the reasons I chose this apartment was that it said there was a dryer (charged), but I didn't know where it was. Since it's not a hotel, there is no reception, and even if there was a staff member, I couldn't communicate with them. I felt that it lacked hospitality for a first-time foreigner to use it. On the morning of check-out, I was already checked out without any explanation. The apartment was clean and new, but I felt that the service was not satisfactory considering the price."

"Wonderful apartment style hotel, amenities great including lounge & workspace, bar, luxury restaurant (bit out of our price range but looked nice), gym, classes, pool and sauna (photo below). Apartment was clean and spacious, and terrace was lovely, although a bit cold and snowy in November. Buffet is €25pp breakfast which was a bit poor for what we paid, there wasn’t much left and it wasn’t refilled. All locally sourced products though. Hotel is very close to Aidenbachstraße bus station and underground station so super easy to travel into the city, about 10-20 minutes."
