The young girl very kindly searched for it and put it on us and the old lady goes and says “uh if you see if you leave me something in the testament” as joking that we wanted to read the content before signing, when everyone should do it. It was a completely extemporary and out of place comment.I have not given this lady confidence to address me in this way, it is not my “collega” and I am a client exercising a right that she has to respect. A little more professionalism please you are older than enough to know how to behave."
