"Access/Location: It's genuinely close to King's Cross, just a 5-minute walk away. Security: The property features secured access. Facilities & Cleanliness: With only one toilet and two showers/bathrooms per floor, it was quite inconvenient, to say the least. Furthermore, the overall cleanliness wasn't great, but then again, you get what you pay for. To make matters worse, the two days I stayed were incredibly hot, and there was only a very small fan available. Service: The front desk staff were quite good. Overall: Considering the price point, it was just about acceptable."

"I stayed with my two children for 5 nights, and while we were generally satisfied, the pros and cons of the accommodation were quite evident. **Pros:** 1. The apartment offered a two-room layout, which was ideal for a family of 3-4. 2. Having a kitchen and a washing machine was incredibly convenient for cooking and doing laundry – a real lifesaver! 3. There was a supermarket right downstairs, making grocery shopping incredibly easy. 4. It was a 10-minute walk from South Kensington tube station – a manageable distance, neither too close nor too far. 5. Both the Natural History Museum and the V&A Museum were very close, just a 10-minute walk away. 6. There were also Chinese restaurants within a 10-minute walk. **Cons:** 1. There was no air conditioning in summer, only a single fan. 2. Our 4th-floor room was west-facing, so it got direct afternoon sun and was stiflingly hot, making it difficult to sleep at night. We also didn't dare open the windows on the 4th floor due to security concerns. 3. The elevators were few and small, so we mostly relied on the stairs unless we had heavy luggage. 4. The walk from the elevator to our room felt incredibly long, easily 500 meters. And for all this, the hotel still cost over 2000 a night. In general, hotels in the UK are far inferior to those in the US – overpriced and often quite run-down. For the same price in America, you could easily stay in a 4 or 5-star hotel, or a truly excellent guesthouse."

"I have booked a room capable for 4 people, but the hotel could not provide it due to the maintenace is on progress. They provides us 2 seperate room to us, but with free 4 breakfast while we stayed . Overall stay, the room is comfortable and the place is convenience to go to the Paddington statation. Many restaurants nearby with nice atmosphere."

"Was an amazing stay children loved it . Easy to everything , Will note you have to use a lift for your car so be prepared as it’s tight . Also left an email regarding some hair straighteners left so would like them back"

"Stayed here for five nights when I was just pottering around town on a visit. Reception is very efficient and seemed friendly. Room is a tiny studio but has everything you need, clean and compact! Even teas and coffees like a regular hotel (and can ask for more if needed). The location is excellent - walking distance to many of London’s top spots and between Euston and Kings Cross - also a short walk away. It is in a lovely, quiet and secure area, too. Thanks, keep up the great service and hope to see you again!"

"Everything was mostly good. Nice things: - There's free coffee and fruits in the lobby. Things to call out: - no free laundry service, you have to pay 5 GBP for laundry. - stepping out from the bath tub into the toilet is a slip hazard, my partner actually slipped, luckily she wasn't injured. - Noise insulation is quite poor for the room, when there are loud guests in neighboring rooms, you'll likely hear them. During our stay, we had a group of young men staying in one of the neighbouring rooms, they'd just keep talking loudly till midnight almost every night, tough to sleep in before midnight as a consequence."

"You get what you pay for. The bunk bed is pretty small, and you need to bring your own soap, towel, and other amenities unless you're willing to pay to buy/rent them. The only good thing is the location."
