"Double standard room is a basement that smells of sewage. Definately not a garden its a tiny corner wth 2 chairs and some plants! Nobody answererd! We were willing to pay to be moved to a normal room they called back about 3 - 4 hours later saying they would see what they can do. Surprisingly within the same call they changed what they had initially said and said they can’t. The room was horrible and definately not 30 m2. At most 18-20m2. The room is clean but thats about it, all in all a TERRIBLE experience!!"
