"Disappointing Experience 🫣 I had a rather unpleasant stay at *Appartamenti Rosa Dei Venti* in Trapani. First of all, the parking situation is very misleading. It's advertised as “free parking near the property,” but in reality, you’ll be given a business card upon arrival with the name of a parking lot located 3 km away in an industrial area beyond the port. They do offer a free shuttle to and from the parking lot, but be prepared to wait. Even if you prearrange your pick-up time, you'll likely have to call and ask “Where are you?” when the time comes. As for the apartment itself — unfortunately, it was far from cozy. The building hardly gets any sunlight, so the space feels dark and chilly. I was freezing at night under a very thin blanket. The bathroom window opens into the shared stairwell, so you can hear people coming in and out, and even sounds from neighboring bathrooms — not exactly pleasant. The location is central, but that also means a lot of street noise. There’s a café just below the windows. I was lucky it was a weekday and they closed around 11 PM — but not without the clatter of dumpsters and shutters being slammed. Conversations from people downstairs are easily heard inside the room. To be fair, the apartment was clean, which is probably the only positive I can mention. In summary, if you're staying in Trapani for just a day or two, I’d recommend booking a hotel instead — something more welcoming and better managed. And unless you're traveling without a car and plan to spend all your time in the city center, this place may not be the best option. For me, it was an overall disappointing experience."

"I was not able to live it in full, but I had to leave for personal reasons. The only neo the mattress a little uncomfortable and read a little too low"

"We chose to stay in the glamping tent. Everything was great although minor inconveniences such as the lack of electric points and shower which doesn't flow very well but it's meant to be glamping so I can overlook that. Service staff was excellent and very helpful. I am overall happy with the place and had the opportunity to stay in this lovely place"

"The owners were very nice and the location was fantastic. The junior suite was very basic. The coffee machine is in the reception area not in the apartment. There is no kettle in the apartment. On arrival they gave us a set of keys. You cannot separate the keys. One of the keys is for all electric in the apartment including the air conditioning. it is advertised as an air conditioned apartment. However with the temperature for the last 4 days being around 36c. You have to take the keys out to lock the apartment so the air conditioning is not on. When you return the apartment was very warm. you have to put the key in for the electricity and get the air conditioning working. It then takes 2 to 3 hour to get it cool. You are paying for an Air condoned apartment. It should be up to you when the air conditioning is on. A separate key should be given to leave the air conditioning on. It really does spoil a vacation having to wait for the apartment to get cool."

"the service was amazing. The staff went out of their way to help us when we couldn't get to the hotel due to the street blocks all over the city. However, the hotel itself is somewhat worn and tiring. The bed feels cheap. The location is great and right by the beach though."

"Soggiorno positivo nel complesso, la struttura ha stanze ampie (perlomeno la nostra lo era), hall e scale più ridotte. Ci sono una sorta di stanza/cucina comune in ogni piano e un bar ”autonomo” con soggiorno all'ultimo piano. Ragazza alla reception molto disponibile. Servizi sanitari con tutto l occorrente, tutto molto pulito. Lati negativi: materasso non comodissimo, finestra non completamente apribile, stanza affacciata sulla strada con locali perciò un po' rumorosa la sera"
