"Very good hotel overall.
The hotel is clean and well maintained, the staff is generally friendly, and the breakfast is good, although not exceptional. The café on the first floor, however, is excellent and definitely worth trying.
I really enjoyed the rooftop gym and swimming pool, which are both great amenities. The rooms are a bit small for my taste, but the bed is comfortable and the air conditioning works perfectly.
One downside: the evening staff could benefit from better training. After a long and tiring journey, we were asked to fill out paperwork ourselves, despite having booked online and already provided all necessary information. When questioned, this was explained as a “legal requirement,” which is not accurate. It felt unnecessary and poorly handled, especially late at night.
That said, overall we had a good stay. Had we arrived during the day, we likely would not have encountered this issue at all."
