"The hotel's design is very stylish and the facilities are excellent, but there's always a long queue at the front desk. The room was clean and tidied up daily. The only letdown was a cockroach suddenly appearing in the bathroom... The hotel really needs to do a thorough pest control."

"This hotel was booked to vibe for the new year. Great views.  I loved every experience of it. Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean. Smelled good. Nice ambience. I’d come back. The only thing i wish we didn’t have to go through was the spiral parking. Be safe and cautious. Literally 5mph.  The breakfast was pretty good. No meat was available. You would have to go to the kitchen downstairs I was told. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back."

"Nice hotel apartment, across from Civic Center station with underground parking. Very good service from front desk staff. A lovely space with coloring area in the lobby, restaurant are precursor to the apartment: full kitchen, living room, dining area, two tvs, balcony and bedroom, kind of classic Marriott style. But unlike Marriott there were no extra towels, bathrobes, slippers or toiletries beyond soap and shower cap. The restaurant hours on the key are incorrect. The restaurant closes at 930pm although front desk said only the kitchen closes at 945pm. Anyway the mix up led to none of our interactions with the reticent restaurant's staff for room service. The restaurant takes a daily siesta too, though the key says weekends only. The 12 doesn't let Door Dash come to the apartment, only the lobby. However, 12 Staff will deliver if anyone's available; otherwise you have to go to the lobby. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay."

"I booked a park city view room, you can see Atlanta's Ferris wheel🎡, the Olympic Park is opposite, the hotel is surrounded by the attractions check-in area, the Coca-Cola Company Museum, Atlanta's largest aquarium, and CNN are all within a 5-minute walk of the hotel. The journey is very convenient. The hotel's breakfast has a variety of varieties. Although it is located in the urban area, the hotel's sound insulation is very good. I slept well for two nights. I will come again next time."

"The house on Airbnb was very dirty. I found this hotel temporarily. It is clean and convenient. Breakfast is included. The room is large, with a sofa bed and several wardrobes. It is very convenient. The hotel staff are very friendly and the price is right. Highly recommended check in"

"This Hotel is in a great Location. The front desk staff are meh. Not very friendly. The Breakfast is pitiful, sausage sitting in a pan full of grease, I know sausage is greasy, but I’ve never seen it served sitting in a pan full of greased. So not appetizing at all. The first day the French toast sticks were stuck together and half cooked. Fruit bowl never refilled. Charging $15 for that is insane!! I will say the Breakfast attendants are sweet and helpful. The parking is ridiculous, I have to pay $45 per day for an attendant to go park my car 50 feet away. That’s just taking advantage of people. I should be able to park my own car instead of being rushed out of my car trying to grab all my things, shopping bags, etc. Hallways are very loud throughout the night. Ghetto guests allowed to say the worst cuss words and talk any way they want to loudly in front of other guests and Children. I finally had to say something to this one girl. This is a family friendly Hotel as the Aquarium, Coke Museum, Centennial Park are all located within walking distance. Hotel staff shouldn’t let crap like this happen or continue. Good luck if you need towels, an extra blanket, or whatever, Housekeeping doesnt clean or replenish anything and that was on my third day. You have to call and ask for it, but the phone doesn’t work in the room and I had to use my cellphone to call the front desk. I had to go get it myself and the guy couldn’t get into the linen closet cause someone locked the door and they didn’t have a key. He had to go to an open room and get it from there, SMH. I paid over $200 a night to stay here and I’m very disappointed. Won’t be back. Will go stay at the overpriced, outdated, Westin instead and pay for an Uber to drive me and my family to where we got to go."
