You are directly across the street from Three Sister Springs and super close to shopping. Downtown Crystal River is within walking distance. You have room for your boat/trailer on the property. This is one side of a duplex, it has been fully renovated with brand new refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, tv's and bedroom sets. The whole house has been totally updated with a coastal nautical vibe. The master bedroom offers brand-new king-size mattress, and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds. We also offer an air mattress if needed. You have an outdoor enclosed patio with seating and use of a grill. Located in the hidden Eco Village of Sawgrass Landing condo community, the complex is in a world all its own.The condo has a spiral staircase accessing the master suite above, cathedral ceiling, newly renovated interior and floor to ceiling windows that draw the natural beauty inside. The space comfortably accommodates two adult guests.The first floor has an open floor plan with a kitchen, living and dining area and a half bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a water purification hooked to the ice maker and sink side dispenser; dinnerware, flatware, pans and utensils included. Appliances include a microwave, coffee pot, refrigerator, dish washer and electric range. A stackable washer and dryer are tucked away in the hall. The television in the living area has basic cable and Wi-Fi for streaming. Fully furnished with manual reclining loveseat and recliner downstairs. Downstairs half bathroom has toilet and sink.The upper loft is an open space with large windows and a view of the swimming pool. Upstairs Master suite with a king size bed, futon, closet and a television with cable and Wi-Fi for streaming. The master bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination, vanity sink and toilet. Linens, bath and pool towels, as well as basic toiletry items are provided.Sliding glass doors open to the rear deck furnished with a loveseat, two chairs and an electric barbeque. No gas or charcoal grills are permitted on the deck.Please note, this condo DOES NOT allow children or pets and there is NO SMOKING allowed inside or around this unit.Guests are welcome to use the pool, the dock, and the fish cleaning station. There is a limited number of parking slots for a boat trailer and a boat slip but, they are ONLY available on a FIRST COME BASIS. Boats CANNOT be larger than 23 feet long. All boats, trailers and vehicles must have current registrations. Guests can also make arrangements with a local marina during the busy scallop season. A complete list of all community rules and regulations are posted on the dryer for quick and easy reference.Sawgrass Landing is located minutes from Fort Island Trail Beach, Shrimp Landing, Three Sisters Springs, Twin River Marina, the Plantation on Crystal River Golf Course and more. Welcome to the scallop shack! Fully renovated!This home features a beautiful view of Indian Lake, and a beautiful deep canal, connecting it directly to Crystal River with a 15 to 20 minute boat ride. From the boat dock, you can see Manatees play and catch incredible fish. One two person and two smaller one person kayaks are included in the rental. There is a private boat dock on the other side of the lake that is inexpensive and easy to launch from. Within walking distance of the house is a friendly liquor store and the biscuit barn — best breakfast anywhere!!! If you turn left out of the canal, you will be in Kings Bay, the canals are very well marked so you can go out for dinner at the wonderful waterfront restaurants and have no trouble finding your way home. If you turn right out of the canal you had to the grass flats where scallops abound!!Relax around the fire pit in comfortable chairs at night. Enjoy the warm breezes in the screened in Lanai. There are three cozy bedrooms with televisions in each one. The master features, a king bed and en suite bathroom. There is a very private queen bedroom in the back corner of the house, and the middle bedroom has a trundle bed with two twins. All of the bedrooms have nice closet space, and bright windows. The master bathroom has a shower and the hallway bathroom has a shower with a tub. In the living room there is a double Murphy bed.
