The back yard is fully fenced in and can be accessed from the back porches, the driveway gate and from the garage access door. The hot tub, which is brand new and seats 7 ,and outdoor shower are also located down in the back yard area for privacy! * The hot tub gets serviced weekly in the mornings Mondays and Fridays. The Beach:The beach walk is super easy as once you get to the top of the driveway you go over to the right to the first street and straight down 2 blocks to the public beach access, The walk is about 5-6 min comfortably. The shops, grocery store and restaurants and more:The shops and restaurants are all within a 3-5 min drive down the street. Super convenient for anything you may need, both Publix and Food Lion are in the same plaza along with ABC liquor, the book store, the pizza shop and coffee shop.
