Irvine Hotels with Kitchens

"I was generally satisfied with the location, facilities, breakfast, and overall service. However, I was not satisfied with the housekeeping and cleaning service. Housekeeping was provided daily except on weekends, but the quality varied from day to day. On some days, it seemed like only the towels were replaced. On other days, the trash bins were emptied, but tissues were left scattered on the floor. There were also days when the housekeeping was done perfectly. I’m not sure why there is such a difference in service quality. I hope more consistent service can be provided. Additionally, even after the cleaning service, I noticed small pieces of trash on the floor. However, the trash was not mine, and I couldn't understand why it was on the floor of my bedroom. Overall, it was a good place to stay and I was satisfied in general. If the housekeeping and cleaning services are improved, it could become an even better accommodation."

"It's very convenient to go to Spectrum, South Coast Plaza and H mart. With a kitchen, it is convenient to cook by yourself. The lobby is spacious and bright, and is also where breakfast is served. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi was broken and not even repaired. Parking is charged"

"Don't equate Marriott in the United States with Marriott in China. They are not of the same level at all. This one is relatively new in Irvine. The indoor and outdoor areas are OK. I forgot whether the parking fee is 40 or 50 a day, but I still parked for safety. It would be troublesome if the car was smashed. Parking is valet parking. I didn't see anyone tipping, so I don't need to tip. Foreigners didn't tip either. Maybe everyone thinks the fee is quite high. The room is clean. I was afraid that I didn't ask to clean the room because I was afraid of losing things, so remember to hang a do not disturb sign outside the door. There is no kettle in the room, but there is a coffee machine and disposable coffee cups, which can be used to boil water for drinking. TV can be watched. The toilet is clean. The bathtub is small and shallow. Its basic function is to prevent water from flowing out, because there is no sewer in the bathroom in the United States. I booked the executive floor, so I basically didn't meet people on the same floor. It was also very quiet and no noise. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the Spectrum Center. There are pedestrians all the way, but I didn't meet homeless people. Another complaint is that the front desk didn't say anything about the treatment of the executive corridor, and didn't even say where the breakfast was. I was too lazy to ask because I was jet-lagged. Overall, it was acceptable within low expectations, at least nothing went wrong."

"The room has windows that can be opened, and the light and air are good. The front desk guy knew that we were staying again and gave us a good room. The service was also very warm and responsive, although we didn't need daily cleaning. One of the elevators was under maintenance so it was a bit slow. The coffee and tea were gone after breakfast, but other hotels provide coffee and tea all day."

"When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that my reservation was cancelled. I was very confused! I almost found another hotel. After a 12-hour flight and an hour's drive, I was shocked to hear that my reservation was cancelled when I arrived at the hotel! Later, the hotel front desk said that they found my reservation, so I continued to stay."

"Hotel has very spacious rooms, which include a complete kitchen. The rooms are very clean. Check in was very quick and service was good. Privat parking is available around the hotel"

"It is conveniently located near the airport, but there is nothing around the hotel. It is easy to access the highway. Since Irvine is not a large city, you can get to most places within 30 minutes."

"The refrigerator in the room was too noisy, not to mention starting it every half hour or so for 5 minutes each time. The footsteps of the guests upstairs were pounding. In the quiet night, these two sounds alternated and made it impossible to sleep."
