We live next door (in other half of the Duplex,) so some "neighbourly noise" can be expected.Walk to local coffee shops, restaurants, a bakery for warm doughnuts, or boutique shopping. Local breweries, distilleries & art galleries are within biking distance.The property sits on a bus line, is centrally located to locations throughout the Twin Cities, and just minutes from Downtown, with easy freeway access. Semi-sheer curtains allow both privacy and light to filter in. The apartment has central heating and is cosy in Winter and cool in Summer.
