From the very first moment, her warm and cheerful personality made me feel right at home. She kindly suggested an upgrade to the 38th floor with access to the Executive Lounge at a very reasonable charge—a memorable experience for my family, as we had never stayed so high before. The view from the room was truly breathtaking, and even from the lounge we could see the Statue of Liberty, which made our stay even more special. Ms. Mariam’s professionalism, kindness, and positive attitude reflect the true spirit of hospitality. She is definitely well-suited as a frontliner, and her service made our stay an unforgettable one."

"The location is convenient, there are food and shopping nearby, there is a food court nearby with different choices, and it is an Asian residential area. The hotel is a bit old, a traditional American-style Chinese hotel. A simple breakfast is enough, don't have any special requirements, just sleep for one or two nights. The hygiene conditions are acceptable! Just an ordinary overnight hotel 😅"

"The location is excellent. Times Square is just a 3-5 minute walk away, and Central Park is only a few minutes further. The Empire State Building and Rockefeller Center are also very close. The place was very clean, and the rooms were spacious. There are plenty of convenient dining options nearby. The service was also excellent. Please note that key card access is required to enter the lobby after hours."

"The hotel's location is excellent, the front desk service was incredibly warm and helpful, and the breakfast was great too. I didn't even mind waiting in line for the delicious homemade waffles! The gentleman who checked me in and the young man who checked me out were both very attentive and helped me cancel an extra room I had booked. When I left, they even thoughtfully asked about my Uber to the airport... I'll definitely stay here again when I come back to New York."

"Location is great. River view is good too. 8 minute walk from the wtc stations and it is convenient for anyone who works around the area. Staffs are friendly. Had some trouble in the beginning as toiletries were missing and took more than 30 mins to get them. Wouldn’t suggest dining in this hotel. Better to have breakfast bagel at Leo’s in wallst."

"Very satisfied. 1. The location is great, less than a five-minute walk from Penn Station (the entrance is next to Madison Square Garden). Penn Station is a major transportation hub, offering LIRR trains to and from JFK Airport and Amtrak connections across the US. The hotel is about two minutes from the station, and all major Midtown attractions are within walking distance. 2. The room was a good size and clean, with separate wet and dry bathrooms. It was also very quiet. The staff was friendly, and the lobby provided free hot water and coffee. Overall, highly recommended!"

"we were staying there for 3 nights for christmast 2024, the front desk was really good and helpfull but did not supported with their room service. every morning i asked them to clean the room, but nothing.. no one taking care and come to room for cleaning. i reminded all the time the fron desk, but was still the same, with the expensive rate in chirstmas, this hotel is offer standard budget hotel. very disappointed with this hotel"

"First of all I would recommend this hotel and I would stay there again. Reading reviews before booking it I had some doubts, but my stay was great. The room is small, but there is enough space. For me it was important that there was no noise: almost no noise from outside and no noise from other rooms."

"There's very little information available about hotels in New York City in Chinese, so I'm writing a detailed account of my stay here in the hopes that it will help others choosing hotels. The hotel is located on a corner of the Columbus Circle roundabout. I went to the Trump Tower by mistake, so be careful with the address when calling a taxi or using navigation. Central Park is just across the street, perfect for jogging or strolling. There are many restaurants, supermarkets (a huge supermarket with milk, fruit, and more) and shopping malls nearby, all within walking distance. You might be able to book a Michelin-starred French restaurant like Jean Georges through the hotel reception; I tried it and it was delicious. The hotel lobby is very small, but there is luggage service. The room is shown in the picture. I stayed in the smallest, most basic double room, which is smaller than a standard studio. Hotel rooms in the city center are generally not very large. There were two walk-in closets and a kitchen with gas, microwave, cookware, pots, a kettle, and a dishwasher. The cookware in the room was dishwasher-washed and very clean. Disposable coffee cups were provided so I could bring my own coffee in the morning. The room was very clean, the towels were clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. I wore earplugs to bed because the city center isn't quiet. The room was cleaned before bedtime each day, and a glass bottle of Evian and chocolate chip cookies were placed on the bedside table. Two bottles of water were also provided upon check-in. The room was cleaned twice a day and was very clean."

"It has been a very enjoyable stay.  Washing machine and dryer are free, located at the basement of the hotel.  There is a kitchen with refrigerator that we can cook.  Everything was good for us.  The area can be quiet at night but there is a train station about 5 mins walk away.  We have stayed at 3 hotels in NY during our stay and this is the best and most convenient."
