"The hygiene and facilities were just okay. The dorm room wasn't well-ventilated and had a strange odor, and the mattress had stains. The only upside was the really good location, very close to Union Square. For this price in downtown San Francisco, you can't really ask for more. There's no dedicated parking, but there are street parking spots right outside, and it's also very close to the cable car route. Plus, the hostel itself organizes some activities if you're interested in joining."

"Perfect for solo and business travelers. They leave you alone. It’s clean and quiet and extremely affordable. No pet fee, which is really nice. Option for self-service check-in/out. Free laundry machines, really great vending machines, fabulous Yemenese coffee shop across the street."

"I had a super clean and spacious room, and the staff were really friendly. All the facilities, including the elevator, worked smoothly. The area felt safe, and I could walk to Super Duper Burger and Walgreens in 5－10 minutes. There were also plenty of good restaurants nearby. Public transportation made it easy to visit the Golden Gate Bridge, Sausalito, Pier 39, and the Ghirardelli Chocolate Experience. I felt much safer here than in the Union Square area. I didn’t rent a car, but the parking lot looked big and convenient. Considering how expensive San Francisco hotels are, the price was pretty reasonable. I’d definitely stay here again."

"I have to say, the room and facilities were pretty good, and the location was decent too. However, one issue made me feel this hotel was a bit of a rip-off. I had previously booked a room through Trip.com for October 16th to 18th. At the time, it showed that in addition to the room rate, an extra 294 RMB (approximately $41 USD) would be charged upon arrival. But according to the receipt from the hotel, they actually charged $49.20 per night. I believe this is a case of the hotel not clearly disclosing fees and abusing its charging rights. What was even more frustrating was that when my son checked in on the evening of the 16th, he dined at the hotel restaurant. The hotel only informed him that he could spend $35 for free each day, but failed to clarify that this amount was not cumulative. This led him to mistakenly believe he could use a total of $70 over two days at once, resulting in him paying extra unnecessarily. I emailed the hotel's general email and the Hilton receipt email yesterday, but received no response. This afternoon, I raised the issue with Trip.com, and surprisingly, the compensation was refunded within an hour! I really have to commend Trip.com! From now on, I'll definitely stick with Trip.com for my travel arrangements – they're reliable, professional, and efficient!"

"First time at 66 years old in a hostel and amazed by how friendly everyone is and good the rooms are. We had an en-suite room with white towels, clean white bedding on a very comfortable bed, room serviced every day, just round the corner from Union Square, and all the transport links. Fabulous location, and excellent value for money. Thank you to the lovely helpers at the check in desk."

"2/16〜 We stayed for 4 nights until 20. The room had a kitchenette, coffee maker and microwave. Cutlet is also available with wine openers. There is no bathtub only for shower. The momentum of the shower is ok. It was difficult to use because the toilet paper holder is behind. Toothbrush can be obtained at the front desk. 　The location of the hotel is at the border of a place called tenderloin, which is not safe, and when you enter one block, the air is different, so I used Uber for most of my stay. I walked from the hotel to Powell.st station via Union Square, but honestly, I was full of fear in the current security. There is Akiko sushi bar nearby and there is a liquor shop, so the worst meal will be managed. 　At check-out, it was accidentally registered to use even though it did not use the parking lot. The women at the front desk of the hotel feel like America. 　It's subtle to use it again."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 10-minute walk from Union Square. The building itself has a charming vintage facade, and the lobby is stylishly retro. My room was very spacious, featuring a separate, fully-equipped kitchen, which was incredibly convenient for preparing simple meals or reheating takeout. There's a small supermarket directly across the street that stocks fresh fruits and vegetables. The hotel provides a simple Western breakfast (bread, coffee, or tea) and complimentary wine and cookies in the afternoons. While you may encounter homeless individuals in the surrounding area, this is fairly typical for urban centers."

"This is the smallest Ritz-Carlton I have ever stayed in. The sensor setting of the refrigerator in the room of the Ritz-Carlton in San Francisco is really too small. Location: The location is near the red line of the cable car, which is the place where the Internet celebrity punches in. Just turn right and climb a steep slope when you leave the hotel. Room facilities: This is the worst Ritz-Carlton I have ever stayed in. The room should be renovated. It is quite small. The overall layout is just average. And I was given a very far room. From the elevator to the room, you have to walk for a long time. If you push the box, it is very strenuous. The drinks and alcohol in the room are also set up with sensors one by one.
