"The location is the best part of this hotel. It's centrally located in the heart of South Lake Tahoe, right next to the Mariana/breach. The hotel is a bit aging; bedding are comfortable, but covering sheet that I got was a bit dirty. Room was a bit small but there's a kitchen, so that is a big plus. Front desk girl who checked me in was very not friendly. The resort fee is a rip off. Parking sucks and is $27/day, so I parked across the street in the residential neighborhood for free. Overall, I think it's really worth a 3-star, so paying ~$120 or below for a night during the low season is probably fine."
