The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing your favorite meals with views right from the large windows. There are two spacious bedrooms with queen size beds in each. The bathroom has an illuminated mirror, sink and vanity area and a shower/tub combo. It is fully stocked with everything you might need while away from home. The living room/dining area has two large, comfy recliners and a large couch to relax and watch the flatscreen TV. The private laundry room is fully stocked and supplied with everything you might need.When you arrive, you will go up the front stairs to your private entrance on the east side of the building, Door #4. There is a keyless contactless entry system.  We will supply you with the entry code after booking and before your check-in date. The backdoor opens onto a large deck and an expansive view of Velvet Ridge Mesa and steps leading down to a spacious 3/4 acre, fully fenced backyard. There is ample free parking.I have hosted nightly rentals homes since 2016 and I recently bought this space- May 2021. During this new management transition I will be working out all the hiccups and getting to know the property. It is a work in progress and my aim is to make your travels and your stay as relaxing and convenient as possible. The house has 4 apartments in it. Three of them are connected via sealed entrances that can be opened for large groups. There will be other people sharing the building during your stay, so expect to share walls, parking, porches, and the backyard. Summertime temperatures range from the mid 80's to low 90's during the day and mid 50's to mid 60's at night. Winter high temps are mostly in the mid 30’s to lower 50’s with a few days in the 20’s. There is a cozy second bedroom and an open area with a trundle couch bed for the kids or additional seating for working.The bedrooms, bathroom and laundry room are fully stocked and supplied with everything you should need while away from home. The washer and dryer are located between two dwellings. With a locked door only you can access.When you arrive you will go to the apartment on the West side of the building labeled #1. There will be a keyless entry to let yourself in and we will supply you with the entry code upon booking 2 days before your check-in date. Park anywhere around the building. There are no steps to climb for easy entry with ample free parking. Note that there is an apartment directly above and next to you with shared walls and a beautiful large fenced in backyard which you have direct access to out the back door with a private mud room perfect for storing bikes, outdoor equipment or winter coats.The trundle bed is not made up for sleeping but there are linens available for you. Children are most comfortable on the trundles beds.
