"We had a wonderful 9 day stay - the staff were very friendly from Mr Vu who picked us up at the airport to Binh who made us feel very welcome and always took time to chat with us - he organised a massage and was very helpful with telling us places to visit - he had the most infectious laugh that always made us smile when we heard it - the breakfast is wonderful so much choice always fresh and welcomed in the morning"

"Very cozy and spacious room with complete amenities. Appreciated the washing machine and the free bicycles provided, which made getting around very convenient. The location is great—easy to walk around and explore Hoi An. Would definitely recommend. Host is very responsive and helps us with the airport ride booking at a cheaper rate."

"The place is located right in the middle of hoi an, a few streets away from old town, lots of eateries around and about an hour half away from the beach (on foot). The room itself is big with big cupboard and a mini fridge (but the plug too short to get to the socket). If you look in detail, it's pretty rundown... Some things are pretty old and broken. The stairs holder is broken so be careful. Some curtains are molded? But ignoring that, all the things are functioning well and doesn't really affect much if you are looking for a place to rest. They have a 'pantry' area where you can dine in and microwave your food."

"The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Old Town. The host is extremely friendly and caring – she really went out of her way to help us, even arranging a sleeper bus to Hanoi for us at a very good price. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great air conditioner that made our stay even better. Overall, it was a really positive experience at a very affordable price. Highly recommended!"

"The room was decent, and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked well, and the water heater was good. (I'm deducting a point because the bathroom door wouldn't close, but I didn't ask for a room change myself 😅). The location is great, close to the old town, just a short walk away. "We visited the resort with family and friends (kids and elderly people included). The personnel was helpful and smiling. We loved the massage in the spa and free bikes. There was also free kayak in the hotels lake. Breakfast was amazing with a huge buffet (banana bread was super). Thank you very much for your services! The environment was like a post cart."

"Immediately minus: There is no hot water. In three days, they never managed to set up. And I understand it isn't. Because, at the bottom of the pool, there is no shower. It makes you uncomfortable, you can't wash normally for six months. Plus: clean large rooms. Air conditioning worked well. Friendly hostess. Good pool with rice field view. Free bicycles. Overall stay positive."

"Loved the characteristic yellow walls and dark wood architecture of Da Nang. The hotel breakfast was fantastic, perfectly catering to a Chinese palate, and the local food at the restaurant was also spot on. It was lovely to sit by the river, quietly watching the boats go by. And those lanterns at night... they just belong to Da Nang."

"The location is outside Hoi An City, but Hoi An is small and will not affect the travel time. The hotel has good facilities and a quiet environment. There is also free breakfast in the morning. Although there are not many varieties, the price is great value for money!"

"The hotel itself is cute. It’s older, the room furniture is a little worn but the beds are soft and huge as are the rooms themselves and I slept very well. There were some issues with hair on the sheets, but they changed them immediately and were very apologetic. The tub outside is a very cool feature, unfortunately you need to bring your own everything. Bubble bath, and little things like candles and drinks to enjoy it. You also have to clean the tub yourself. Doesn’t take long, just saying I had to, to use it. Would be nice if they sell that feature to have things to enjoy it with. They have a shuttle a couple times a day but if you’re not good with directions it’s pointless to take. I was alone, couldn’t find my way back to the meet up and got lost so I missed it and called a grab. Nobody ever takes solo travelers into consideration. The breakfast was ok. Mainly Asian fare, which is fine. I live in Saigon so I’m used to that but I had an upset stomach and diarrhea after the first breakfast I ate. So idk. The eggs made to order were good. The pool would’ve been nice if it weren’t occupied all day by splashing loud kids. Definitely not peaceful. That’s not the hotels fault, but the rooms are around the pool so you hear it all day and even at night. There’s a bar I didn’t try, and roosters that crow all times of the day behind the building, but they did try to accommodate me by moving me for that. I would stay again, the staff was sweet and very friendly. That always helps."
