"This hotel leaves nothing to be desired! The suite was very spacious, exceptionally well-maintained and clean, and beautifully furnished. The view of the Austrian Alps is simply the icing on the cake. The lighting, the Do Not Disturb function, and room cleaning requests can all be centrally controlled via a tablet. The spa is impressively large, and we were particularly impressed by the sauna area. The Eichenheim restaurant is the perfect place to end the evening with a Wiener Schnitzel or a steak cooked on a hot stone. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating. All in all, the perfect location, whether for a weekend trip or a longer stay. We will definitely be back!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which was ideally located for our needs. We prefer staying in the center rather than a ski-in, ski-out hotel, and this property was perfect—right outside the town’s gates and just a 10-minute walk to the chairlift. The rooms were clean and decorated in a modern style, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from. We also had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant one evening, and it was a pleasant and elegant experience. The only thing missing was a gym. While the hotel does offer a sauna area, a small gym would make the amenities feel complete. Nevertheless, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel!"

"We went to Schweizerhof in Kitzbuhel for the Christmas period.We were greeted by a recently appointed manager who was very welcoming and professional .The rooms were very spacious but lacked a few small extras , no tea making facilities, small bath towels,to name a few but we accepted that these are what we normally receive wherever country we are in the world.The staff and the facilities like the swimming pool and spa were well catered for,the staff were all very courteous and attentive in their approach, The breakfasts were always plentiful but the evening meals were sometimes lacking, some of the portions were very small like the fish main course, soup portions very small, and you were never offered an alternative like dessert you had to ask, which really is not very good.All in all we were very satisfied all the staff were a joy, my wife and I would very much like to go back , but I think we would seek a different travel supplier than that I think take all the basic rooms that does not do the hotel justice."

Breakfast was excellent, complemented by truly outstanding staff. The concierge even arranged a Bentley shuttle to the polo tournament, which was an exceptional touch and very much appreciated.
