Very comfortable, clean hotel with a great service from the friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Great location in the old city, but there is parking nearby as well.

3 Nisan Perşembe günü Mardin gezimizde konaklamak için marvel otelden 2 oda için rezervasyon yaptık nevresimler çok kirliydi yastıklarda kılıf yoktu görevliye yastık kılıfının olmadığını söylediğimizde bize küçük kılıflar getirdi yastığın üstünde saçlar vardı yatağın üstünde ayak izleri vardı üstüne basılmıştı odanın içi temiz değildi yerler çok pisti odalarda ağır bir koku vardı sabaha kadar koltuklarda oturmak zorunda kaldık tüm oteller doluydu sabah kahvaltıya gittiğimizde restoran dedikleri yerde sadece 5 tane masa vardı otelde konaklayan misafirleri ağırlayabilecekleri yeterli bir restoran da yok otelde konaklayan diğer müşteriler ile aynı masada oturmak zorunda kalıyorsunuz yani tanımadığınız kişilerle aynı masada kahvaltı yapıyorsunuz masalardan topladıkları kahvaltılıkları diğer müşterilere servis ediyorlar masamıza gelen zeytinde kıl vardı kahvaltı yapamadan kalktık garsonlar ve diğer çalışanlar çok asık suratlı ve ilgisizdi.

Öncelikle otelin otopark seçeneği olduğu için tercih etmiştik ama otelin otoparkı yok sorduğumuzda 1 km uzaklıkta ücretli otoparka yönlendirildik. Odada inanılmaz bir gider ve rutubet kokusu vardı, sıcak su yoktu baştan sona pişmanlıklarla dolu bir deneyimdi kısaca. Bu kadar kötü bir hizmeti 3 te 1 fiyatına alabileceğiniz oteller varken bu oteli seçmenizi kesinlikle önermem.

Odalar çok küçük . odalarda askılık bile yok çantalarımızı koymaya bir sehpa dahi yok. alınan paraya göre oda temizliği kalitesi büyüklüğü çok çok kötü. Benim için çok kötü bir deneyim oldu. Bizim için çok büyük hayal kırıklığı oldu . Mardin turizm yöresi için çok üzücü

Otelin konumu oldukça güzeldi, ayrıca yürüme mesafesinde belediyeye ait bir otopark bulunuyordu. Odamız taş duvarlı olduğu için biraz nemliydi, ancak oldukça genişti. Ne yazık ki, aydınlatması yeterli değildi. Yastık kılıfları ters takılmış olsa da temizdi. Tuvalette su sızıntısı vardı; durumu danışmaya bildirmemize rağmen herhangi bir çözüm sağlanmadı.
