Ramada Resort by Wyndham Kizkalesi

A nice hotel in terms of service and quality. The employees are extremely friendly. The hotel location is close to the center, I hope it will be okay if the hotel road is also built.

The rooms are new and very clean. Breakfast was very nice. The staff is very polite. It's a little out of the way, but we stayed in February. It was important that it was clean and beautiful. The rooms have sea view. It was very enjoyable to have breakfast in the restaurant in front of Kızkalesi. Also, the breakfast options were nice.

I did not go to the Ramada, which I had been to before, for another hotel experience, but escaped on the last day. I think it truly brings the corporate experience to life. I can clearly say that it is one of the most perfect hotels to go to in Mersin. I would like to thank Ms. Duru for her interest and concern. She took care of everything. The indoor pool, sauna, steam room and Turkish bath are free of charge. It's the only hotel that has it all. Also, the service is excellent, they make you feel special, the breakfast is great, they ask us what we want, we were even asked whether the water to accompany the Turkish coffee should be warm or cold. In my opinion, it is simply perfect, a hotel where you can stay without even thinking. Is there a downside, of course, the location of the hotel is very bad. It has its place.

In general, the variety of food in the hotel was limited, but the taste was good. It is an all-inclusive concept, but they charge for most things, for example, if you want a glass in the room, they ask for 50 TL for it. You want nuts, they want money. You want water, they want money. There's more. Room cleaning and general cleanliness were good, around 8 out of 10. Managers mistreat employees with sullen faces. For example, one of the employees, out of politeness, wanted to bring us drinks during a dinner, and while he was bringing it, he came across his manager, got scolded, and then did not bring it. It may be self service, but this kind of behavior is not nice at all. The hotel is close to the beach, you can go there by shuttle bus, they have certain hours. It has two pools. The part with the aqua park is shared with another hotel. Overall, it's an okay place.

I've been going for 2 years. Since last year was the first year, I thought there might be deficiencies, but unfortunately the problems and deficiencies continue. Food variety has increased, but taste is lacking at all. I told Sef that the grilled chicken was undercooked, I couldn't eat it, and the answer I got was eat fish. If you wipe the plates with a napkin, a yellow stain appears on the napkin. About 2 cm of the mayonnaise came out of the burger. In the dining area, customers are served by self-service and hotel managers are served by waiters in the same area. The air conditioner in the room is problematic.

I was extremely pleased with the service, transportation, cleanliness and especially the food was very nice and delicious, the pool was very clean, the rooms were very nice, the cleaning and staff were great, I have stayed in many hotels, the quality of Ramada is very different.
