晚9點到店，前台竟無人了也沒有任何提前聯絡訊息。説是酒店，其實一共4間房密碼鎖開門就是民宿的感覺，但未看到任何留言等訊息。聯繫攜程小助理，半小時後酒店服務人員才打電話過來，電話告知了開鎖密碼。房間硬件設施不錯，位置也在中心廣場。就是服務太不靠譜。小助理很不錯，北京時間夜裡3點聯繫秒回，積極聯繫代理商。要贊一個。
