The hotel is overpriced for what it is. Our room was called deluxe, but was so much used, carpets dirty and with stains. The bathroom has no heating, so in winter it was freezing cold. Reality is far from what is sold on internet. Not worth the price at all

you see this hotel from very far away food at 20 floor is very good don't forget to visit both gentleman clubs downstair

A view from room is completely different than was in pictures. Bad point is hard to find and understand where is a number from reception. No slips in number. Car parking is expensive and no clear marks of traffic direction and exit signs, when going up and down can meet another car comming up ahead in front your car. Good point is free swimming pool.

The lift is old and I did not felt safe there. Also, there are only 2 lifts, so, going down from the 5th floor was always by walking, because lifts were busy often. Room was great, clean, I found there everything what I needed. Location is great! Breakfast was really good!

The hotel is basically 2 separate buildings. None of which are pleasing to look at. i stayed in the building away from reception so had a bit of a walk for breakfast. My room in this place was also the furthest away and as a result of that the wifi was non existent. There are 2 lifts, one only working and that one appeared to have a mind of its own going to any floor except the one you were on. The shower was freezing on the first night and on the second, the air con didn’t work and i had the most uncomfortable night, even requesting a room change at 1am to no avail. The breakfast was typical, nothing to shout home about. Apparently this is supposed to be the best hotel in town. I should have stayed in the worst.

Good place in town, but hotel itself bit outdated regarding furnishings, interior. Dark bathroom, but smell of old times :) Average, unless you take top floors with bay view, so at least u have a view, of course sea might be seen as well. What’s good, so a lot of places to eat if u not walking person.

Family Rooom ( apartment complex ) was really cold, old and smell of the room Was really bad. There was 2 air fresheners but it doesn’t help, it made it worse. Swimming pool area was dirty and old too. Restaurant 12 was really nice and had a nice view. Food was great.

We stayed here as part of a group. This hotel has two buildings. The main lobby and access to 4 star hotel and the second building home to offices and 3 star hotel. This apparently is old soviet building/ hotel. We stayed in the latter which actually was quite good. The room was on fifth floor and was a decent size with two comfortable single beds. The pillows were poor but this seems standard in Baltics. The room had good sized TV and desk with kettle and tea/coffee makings - a real plus. There was also a mini fridge. The bathroom was clean and modern. With hot shower. Initially the air con was not working but engineer attended to fix it. It was noisy but worked. The lifts in this building small & dark and jolted when stopping so bit unnerving! The breakfast in main building large buffet selection. Wi fi good. We decided to go to 12th floor restaurant in our block but the lift didn’t seem to work and so we walked up.As we went up you could see the old radiators but the door was blocked and there was oil on the floor so we turned back.

Awful place. I have lived in Klaipeda all my life and I have never imagined that this "hotel" in the heart of my city can be such a disgrace. I feel sorry for the tourists visiting Klaipeda for such a bad representation. The only good thing this hotel can offer is a nice view through the window - that's it! Our room was not properly ventilated - the AC was only blowing hot air while the window was broken and wouldn't open. The room was boiling! When we raised this with one of the staff members - we were told nothing can be done about this, the hotel is all booked-out, but a manager will address this issue on our check-out. Manager just stared at us at the checkout and said the same thing - nothing can be done about this. "Good luck next time" - I guess that's the hotel's slogan. We asked the towels to be changed in the morning - not done. Only after ringing the reception for the second time they brought new set of towels. Carpets - stained. Bathroom - outdated. Breakfast - very dull. Most of the hot dishes were barely warm. No proper coffee served at the breakfast. We went to the hotel's bar to order some normal coffee and were overcharged - we paid 7 Eur one day and then 10 Eur the next day for the same coffees. The bartender who overcharged us just kept repeating like a broken record after we complained - "this is what it costs". Again, during check-out manager declared it is impossible we had a problem with such a good bartender. She also offered us to go and talk to the same bartender just to clarify the price AGAIN. After we were not happy with this, she promised another hotel-person will contact us to discuss this matter after we leave - it has been a week I have not heard from anyone. And I never will. Just to add a cherry on top - the hotel has only one elevator which takes you to a multi-storied carpark. We had two big suitcases (plus full hands of other stuff) and our car was on the 4th floor. Th elevator was not working. We asked the receptionist about this - he then pressed the elevator button three-to-four times, stared at his phone, said the elevator is probably not working and then just walked off. In Amberton you're not treated as a guest, you're treated as another daily nuisance.

The reservation stated “room with a view of the sea” but I got a room with a view of the parking lot. They clean the room only if a guest hangs a sign at the door, but despite hanging it, the room was not made the first day. There is a gentleman’s club on the first floor which gives the hotel a bad reputation. The room is small, smelly with poor air quality. Carpets are dirty. Bathroom minuscule and dirty. Personnel is rude and never smiles or acknowledges the guests. Breakfast is of such a poor quality that only orange juice is what I had. Overpriced. The room is worth USD. 50.00. It looks like Soviet era treatment. They ask for payment upon check in so they avoid people leaving without paying. Never will I be back.

Practically in the old town. Carring staff: can ask the maids and will respond immidiately (child chair, ice, etc.), reception great (Senior Beatriče was verry attentive and gave us a discount). Very close is the ferry, cross, best beach. Visit Juodkrante, Nida, Palanga. Great breakfast.

Very eccentric hotel - two large towers easily visible from outside the town . On entry there was a enormous empty space on the ground hoo or with no reception or anyone to advise. Signage was poor but we eventually found reception about 20 metres along the road in the second building. Lifts were another problem . Push button for the correct floor and nothing happens. Then notice a scanner with green light on it for presumably room key card. Press card against it, still nothing happens. Finally shown by another guest that you press the floor button and then press the inconspicuous “go” button ! Rooms modern, good size, clean and bed comfortable, and en suite OK, but building work poor - windowsill moves on pressure as does door frame . Air con didn’t work - I think because window didn’t shut properly and when I tried to close it the window handle came off in my hand Staff friendly breakfast quite good.
