Check-in was smooth and fast. Reception staffs are friendly. Room was clean. Bathroom is a little open, not suitable other than couples.

Honest review so far not too bad because the price too low so don’t aspect too much but for me BOLEH LAH another one the receptionist girl like you want cancel your booking because she explain the rule at room but bit funny so when you check in you

Room was comfortable and tv had wifi too. Unfortunately we had a cockroach in the toilet but were too tired to complain 😿

Basic room for short 1 night stay, unfortunately the lamp is not functional which can mot be switch off for the whole night. Its quite late at night that we didn’t request for room exchange. The advantage is it is just next to main LRT, convenience for public transport.

Safety was our biggest concern during the stay. In the middle of the night, someone tried to open our door, and it was really frightening. There was no phone in the room to call for help, which made us feel even more helpless. The management said all rooms were fully booked, so we were placed on the top floor — though we only saw about two cars in the parking lot. Maybe most guests didn’t drive, I guess. There’s no lift, so if you have big luggage or mobility issues, please think twice before booking. The room didn’t have any toilet paper or tissues either, and we had to go downstairs to ask for them. When we reported the issue, the staff said it was caused by other guests and there wasn’t much they could do. Still, it was disappointing to feel that safety and comfort weren’t taken more seriously.

Good location with lot of parking beside main road, because of this the room is damn noise, not suitable for those want peaceful night. Is a very old hotel, old facilties water heater, aircond, bed all is very old

overall good and clean, suitable for budget traveller.

Room is clean, convenient to walk to food court. Bed is very comfortable.

Room space is comfortable and easy to park my car and fast check in
