Hotel was closed, nobody answered for our calls. We have slept in the car.

Rheinsberg is beautiful and well worth a visit. The Keramik was the cheapest hotel available when we booked, and considering the price we paid, was good value for money. The hotel reception is only open 10am-6pm and we weren't arriving until 9 pm. We contacted the hotel twice to find out what we need to do, but just got back a standard message saying that our request could not be accommodated. In fact, they have a night door with a code and can leave your key in your room if you are arriving late, but it took a lot of effort to find this out! The breakfast was good, but the staff stood in the doorway and watched you the whole time so it was not a relaxing experience. There is a fridge with cold beer and other drinks at very reasonable prices, and an honesty box. There are tables outside where you can sit to drink these. Overall we had a good time at the hotel and it was good value for money, but it is fairly basic.

Für einen Kurzurlaub sehr gut geeignet.
Sehr sauber, freundliches Personal, leckeres Frühstück. Belüftung im Haus nicht ausreichend. Gott sei dank konnten wir unser Fenster öffnen, denn wir hatten den ganzen Tag die Sonne.

Das Hotel liegt, wie schon mehrfach beschrieben, in einem kleinen Gewerbegebiet. Vorteil: ein Bäcker und eine Norma sind vor Ort. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Hotelzimmer im ersten Stock mit Fahrstuhl erreichbar. Zimmer und Nasszelle ziemlich klein und heizen sich schon durch die Maisonne ziemlich auf. Eine Klimaanlage ist eingebaut. Für die Bedienung fehlt die Gebrauchsanweisung. Anscheind war sie auch abgeschaltet. Möblierung hausbacken und schon älter. Bett ohne Kopfteil. TV und Wlan vorhanden. Kühlschrank fehlt. Im kleinen fensterlosen Bad funktioniert die Lüftung nicht. Fön gibt es keinen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausreichend, aber phantasielos. Der Frühstücks-und Aufenthaltsraum ist fensterlos und mit dem Charme einer Werkskantine. Fazit: Für Kurzurlaub ausreichend.
