Very accessible to Terminal 2. Highly recommend this capsule hotel! It is clean, toilets are clean, pressurized shower, towels n beddings are clean, felt comfortable sleeping except some noise of new arrivals closed to my capsule. Had dinner & breakfast at their cafe!

This is not a luxury hotel - it is exactly what it advertises: a place to transit through - or to catch an early morning flight after doing early-check-in and going through security the previous night. There are a nice, clean bed, a desk, and a shared bathroom, somewhat like a youth hostel. It's a lot cheaper than most hotels in Zurich. You might get a room with a view onto the tarmac, which is cool for anybody who likes aviation. The hotel is in the secure area of the airport, in particular the international (non-Schengen) transit area, meaning: you need to go through passport control to go into the area where the hotel is, and again to get back into the Schengen area. Going into the hotel is the last thing you should do in the day; in particular, have dinner before going to the room, since the passport control is closed overnight. Some reviewers stated that the hotel has the charm of a prison, and in fact, overnight you are basically locked in. But the next morning: just walk to the gate (potentially through passport control again if your gate is in the Schengen area).

Way to expensive for what you get. My husband and I paid 170€ for 6 hours. The sheets were very scratchy. Even though we were dead tried we had a hard time sleeping. The bathroom is shared and there is only a body and hair combo soap in the shower so I couldn’t even wash my hair. I would not recommend!

My wife and I had a lay-over of 6 hours in Zurich. As we were transiting from Northamerica to Malé (Maldives), we were debating between exploring the city or just rest, take a shower and save energy for our next 10-hour flight. At the end, we decided to stay at this Transit Hotel which turned out to be a great idea. The room was very basic, but it was very clean and had a comfy bed which is all what we were looking for. Please note restrooms and showers are not in-suite as they are shareable, but not busy at all. They were also very clean. As our final destination was not in a country within the Schengen area, we did not need to pick up luggage or go through passport control. We landed in Terminal E, then all passengers were taken to Terminal D via Bus where it was really a short walk to the Transit Hotel (next to passport control). Upon arrival, the front desk person was very useful calling a contact who confirmed the luggage did not need to be picked up (initially we were told otherwise by the airline staff in the US). After check-out, we simply had to walk back to Terminal E and pass through security screening (be mindful of liquids, sharp objects and so on). One of the things I like the most about this booking experience was the fact that they do not charge for last minute cancellations (handy as you never know what could happen with your flights). To reserve your room, make sure you submit the form via email and let them know any changes in your itinerary, so they do not cancel on you. Thanks to all the staff. Very friendly and useful. I will not hesitate to stay again for long layovers.

THE HOTEL was a god send. After travelling Swiss Air economy from Singapore to Zurich on a full flight, being able to have some personal space, lie down and have a shower was fantastic. The hotel was easy to find once you were in the ABD gate area. The receptionist was very accommodating. The room was very clean. It had 2 single beds, tea and coffee making facilities, a sink and linen. The showers were shared but very clean and the stalls were spacious. Well worth the money.

Super helpful staff. Great location. Perfect to use for a quick overnight. Cozy private enclosed bunks really. But well done and so comfortable. Clean and safe. Super cool lounge var work area. I would stay there again. Wish more cities offered this easy option for an overnight!!

What a fantastic place to spend a 12 hour layover. The rooms were clean, with blackout shades and comfy beds. We got some much needed sleep and the showers felt wonderful. The woman who greeted us at check-in was lovely. I’d definitely recommend a triple room for a family … lots of space.

I stayed overnight waiting for a flight to Bangkok. It was a single room with a tiny bed and hardly any facilities. To use the bathroom you have to leave the room and use a communal area. For the price they charge I think this is a disappointment and would much prefer to use a real hotel.

I had a longer layover at Zürich airport after an intercontinental flight, the business lounge on terminal A was very busy and even the quite zone wasn't that quiet. The day room was the right option to have a quiet and peacefull rest. The possibility to book it for short periods of 3 or 6 hours during the day is also ideal for these longer layoffs. Reception was very friendly, check-in is quick and easy. The room was clean and having a basin in the room is perfect to freshen-up after a long night flight. There is a possibility to take a shower in a separate showroom that I didn't use it this time but may use in the future. The room offers nice views of the tarmac, tee/coffee, TV, a comfy bed and wake-up services. The airside location at terminal D, non-schengen side was ideal for me, however it may be a stress point for passengers that depart from other terminals and have to pass through passport control again.
