This hotel is in a great location right behind the belfry tower so it’s close to everything.
I arrived at the hotel very early so I left my bags and went out exploring. I came back just after 3pm and they said room is still not ready, but one staff intervened and I was then upgraded to a slightly larger room that was ready.
That same staff member at reception was extremely helpful with directing me to Wasbar in the market square where you can wash and dry your clothes for very cheap compared to the hotel service which is so expensive. This was after I told her the hotel service was too expensive she offered alternatives and I am grateful for that.

They gave us a room at the attic with additional staircase which was not very convenient giving we had a couple of suitcases. Breakfast is limited.

Convenient location. Although it can’t close the window tightly, it’s still warm enough (but you will hear the noise outside).

Prefect location to explore Brugge - lovely sized and clean rooms - no frills but smart.
Breakfast was superb selection and quality.
I would not hesitate to stay again!
