Love it pland on staying a few weeks on my 3rd month now not to sure when I'll leave so settled and comfortable Peter and Sharon make you feel so welcome I'd highly recommend it I'd definitely stay again so relaxing and comfortable a home from home feeling

Absolutey fantastic hosts, very friendly and always happy to help. Very comfortable bedding helped to have a lovely night's sleep. Breakfast was amazing and even had spares offered to us, will definitely look to book here again in the future.

Form home to home, made feel very comfortable. The room was very comfortable with tea, coffee, biscuits, a fridge and microwave. The train station is only about 3 minutes walk, so very easy to get to all the shops in Liverpool.Peter and Sharron are fantastic hosts and could not do enough to make our stay a memorable one. Thank you Ian and Phil
