Very private. Private swimming pool. Fishing pond (catch and release only). Hiking trails. View the farm with horses, goats, chickens, peacocks, llama and pheasants plus wild life. Enjoy the sunrise, pond and swimming pool from the back porch and the sunset and horse pasture from the front porch.
House is located 4 miles from downtown Knoxville and UT's Neyland Stadium. 35 miles from Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Easy to locate. Convenient to stores, interstate, nature parks, restaurants and many more conveniences. Peaceful setting with lots of fun stuff to enjoy. Horseback riding available for extra charge.
