Hotel and Beach Bungalow at Lanta Resort

Great hotel with a spacious area and a large pool. We stayed in a bungalow right by the sea. Breakfasts were excellent; we bought them on-site for 250 baht per person, but it's cheaper to book with breakfast included from the start. The air conditioning worked perfectly. I recommend renting a moped to explore the island and see the sights on your own. There's no police presence.

We stayed at the hotel for a week in mid-December. The grounds were green, beautiful, and spacious. Service was good; beach towels were changed daily, and we could always find shaded sun loungers on the beach. It was quiet, and the rooms were spacious, though closer to 40 square meters rather than the stated 55. The sea water was always clean and clear, but there was sometimes plankton.

I can genuinely recommend this hotel. We enjoyed everything. Yes, the grounds are huge and not entirely manicured yet – it seems they're still working on it. The bungalow isn't new, but it's very charming and comfortable. Our room was cleaned well, and the beach is pristine with stunning sunsets. There aren't many sun loungers, though. We didn't include breakfast in our stay, but I took a look and tried some – it's very simple and unpretentious, but not bad either. The service was good, and all the staff were polite. I rented a scooter from the hotel, and they provided a brand new Yamaha Fazzio. Koh Lanta is definitely worth seeing, and this hotel will allow you to do so in comfort!

The room was spacious and cleaned daily at noon. The safe felt secure, and parking was convenient. It's a quick 6-minute drive to the dive shops in the north, 20 minutes to the Old Town, and about half an hour to the cliffside restaurants.

The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, making it inconvenient for getting around unless you have a scooter. The front desk staff's attitude was so-so, but other service staff were okay. Room cleaning was very slow. The room facilities were a bit old, but the shower water was good. Breakfast had very limited options and the taste was average.

Excellent beachfront bungalows. This isn't our first time staying here. Delicious breakfasts. The pool has been renovated.

The hotel is located close to the arrival pier. The grounds are nice, and the bungalows are spacious. The beach is large and clean. There are many small cafes nearby with good food and excellent coffee. Breakfast at the hotel is very budget-friendly, but the coffee served there is not good. Check-in was quick.
