## Facilities: The room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony perfect for drying clothes. A piece of the bathroom ceiling fell, but the front desk was notified and it was promptly repaired. ## Cleanliness: Overall cleanliness was good. The mosquito net had some dust, likely because it's rarely used. ## Environment: The landscaping is excellent, and it's very quiet, right by the beach. ## Service: The service was excellent. Our stay coincided with New Year's Eve, and the hotel arranged a fantastic New Year's Eve dinner with a rich array of dishes. We even won a massage and two cocktails in a lucky draw!

We stayed over NYE in a Deluxe Villa. It was great for the 2 of us. The room was clean, the beds were comfy and House keeping came everyday and cleaned the room, changed towels and topped up the glass bottled water. This place is on an island- there will be insects and bugs! They didn’t bother us. Shower pressure was good, there was ample of hot water and the bathroom size was good! We had stayed in a standard room before NYE and then came back to Royal Lanta after staying in Ko Phi Phi. The staff really make this place- always friendly and helpful and will go the extra mile if you show basic manners and respect. In the short time we were gone the sun lounger mattresses and umbrellas had an upgrade and on NYE all guests received a thank you letter and bottle of wine. The resort does need some improvements but overall we really enjoyed our stay, the staff were awesome and we would stay here again during peak time.

This resort is very beautiful and well-maintained. Every day, you'd see staff tending to the garden. The spa was closed and unfortunately falling apart, which is a shame because it's a lovely spot. It's suitable for couples or families, but not really for singles. A nice touch was that my bed was made daily, but the downside was that the sheets had old bloodstains on them 🫣. Also, the towels were old. It's a pity because it's a beautiful resort with charming wooden bungalows. If they improved these things, it would easily be a ten, what a shame.

Had a really relaxing stay at Royal Lanta where the sunset was just amazing. The staff were really friendly as well. Beach was really close by and the place pretty close to the main road where you can get all the items you need. Breakfast could be better and the spa was under renovation. Nonetheless they had massage services by the beach.

Room is very comfortable, bed is good, linen is clean, a/c is new. Towels are old, but clean. Territory of hotel is wonderful, everything is so green and beautiful. Frogs sing at night. Very calm place if you want good sleep. I stayed at low season, so some things were abandoned, sunbeds are in bad condition, shower near swimming pool didn't work correctly. Staff is nice. My light in room didn't work, so staff solved this problem on this day. Breakfast is good, you have choice. Long dao beach is very flat, so its good place for families with children I think. Good thing that you can order tickets to ferry on reception, but you need to verify the price (sometimes is better to buy in pier, its just 1,5km from this place).
