Miss Annie is nice and understanding, taking care of us.. we had booked an outsider agent tour, she helped us check if it’s fully insured and the tourist company is reliable.. the stay was good.

Hotel is located right on the main road, not too far from the walking street and sunrise beach. Interesting decor inside the room, but even more unique is the bathroom structure with the upper half having no walls and essentially being barricaded by bamboo. We only stayed 1 night with the room appropriate for the family, I think. In any case, depending on the season and the price, we might stay there again.

The bathroom is open-air, so the hygiene is not very good. The room is large and the service is good. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Sunrise Beach.

The room was quite nice, comfortable and big. I stayed in a quadruple room. It was at the end of the pedestrian street. The price was very good. I missed it! There are also nice green plants in the garden.

Great hotel. The boss is very nice. We brought a baby and we often need to ask the boss to help us heat food. The boss is very enthusiastic and the hotel is very clean. We will definitely come back next time.

Compare the photos of someone using the restroom for yourself! Only the lower half was photographed, not the upper half of the bamboo! There are geckos, spiders, mosquitoes in the bathroom at night, and there are ant nests on the bathroom wall! (It’s so fun to take a bath with you. If you don’t take the water with them, they won’t take it away!!! Compare the photos of the swimming pool for yourself! I can guarantee that there are algae, E. coli and other bacteria in the pool water! One ten thousandth exceeds the standard! The service is basically non-existent. From the 19th to the 25th, I never asked if the room needed to be cleaned! (Maybe the guest has to take the initiative to clean the room! Hey! There are many green plants in the hotel! The door to enter and exit the room must be fast. Go in and out quickly (otherwise mosquitoes will follow you into the room immediately), but when entering and exiting the bathroom, you must go in and out quickly (otherwise, imagine it yourself) There is a gap of about one centimeter under the bathroom door (imagine what could crawl in at night) Finally, don’t Eat biscuits and bread in the room! If you drop the dregs on the floor, the ants will surprise you!

The three stars are all for the helpfulness and friendliness of the owners, otherwise we didn't like it that much. Let's start by saying that we stayed during the Christmas week and the island was really full with really crazy prices on the island and for a quadruple we spent 80 euros a night. Obviously we didn't expect luxury but the open bathroom is not the best, a few too many intruders let's say but you can imagine what I'm referring to. The outside environment is a mini jungle with lots of bird aviaries that the owners look after with care, there were really a lot of mosquitoes and the pool is really ugly, basically a garden pool where a wooden skeleton has been built around it. The location itself is not bad either, 2 steps from Sunrise Beach and the main road but in Lipe Honestly I would look for accommodation on the beach as we had done on the previous visit to this island, and for this reason reluctantly, I don't feel like recommending this structure especially if you are travelling with family.
