Just very expensive because high season but breakfast and room were good.

Staff friendly and very responsive to guest needs Location wise it's very near to sunrise beach and proximity to the popular walking street Cleanliness not top notch, encounter 2 night critters in the room though it's not a large one. Room amenities basic. The water pressure and lighting in the room can be better..

The room was basic, with the balcony converted into living space. It felt more like a guesthouse. I thought all the accommodations on the island would be similar, but for the last three days, I stayed at Bandaya, which was similarly priced but 100 times better value for money. Let's start with the location: Bandaya is right on the beach, which is lovely. On the way back, you can use the green channel for priority customs clearance. As for dining, Bandaya offers a variety of snacks, drinks, fruits, and coffee. This place's breakfast was so unappetizing; it felt like a total sham. And the room here? Incredibly primitive, like a rural house. Compared to the place next door, there's practically no comparison! I do not recommend this rip-off establishment.

Decent location, quiet and close to Walking Street and Pirate Restaurant (a must go). Price was a bit high for what you get, but the pool is nice.

Quite mixed feelings. The staff is lovely and tries their best. But the hotel is old-fashioned and poorly maintained; it's stuck in its own juice, so to speak.

I booked a deluxe room which was overbooked due to system error. Therefore, I was offered another family room instead. However, the condition of family room was terrible including bad air, dark, plenty of mosquitos... I decided to check out earlier and had the refund immediately. The staffs were nice and didn't make it hard on me when I ask the refund.

Upon arrival at the reception, we found out that our two reserved and paid rooms were not reserved at all. They made a mistake, had only one room for us, and the hotel was fully occupied and overbooked. A complete failure of the hotel. The first alternative accommodation offered was on a totally different level, not matching the price or the advertised quality – completely unacceptable. The second option looked good in the photos, but when we arrived we were told it was not ready because they were overbooked, and we were eventually placed in staff rooms that are normally not offered to guests at all. The rooms absolutely did not correspond to the price paid or the presented standard. If it hadn’t been the Christmas holidays and the whole island fully booked, we would have left immediately. The reception and hotel management come across as extremely irresponsible, unprofessional, and disrespectful to guests. I strongly recommend triple-checking your reservation – otherwise you risk ending up without a proper room even after paying for it. For us – never again.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The location is very convenient, right next to the main street. The rooms aren't new, but they're fine for a short stay. In my opinion, the plumbing could use a bit of renovation. The staff are friendly! Breakfasts aren't huge, but there's enough to eat. Overall, it's a good hotel for a short stay 👍

Wonderful hotel, very conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from the beach and also 3-4 minutes from the main shopping street. Housekeeping and linen changes were daily, and the staff even made different towel animals every day, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch. The breakfast wasn't super varied, but we certainly didn't go hungry – there was rice, eggs, vegetables, fried noodles, and toast. If I'm ever back in Koh Lipe, I'd definitely choose this hotel again. Plus, it has a fantastic pool where the kids loved splashing around.

The location of the hotel is in the center but there is a dirty lake in front of the hotel and there is a bad smell Breakfast is very bad and no variety.

Perfect place to stay on an island for relaxation.
