We had a wonderful stay at Ananya Lipe Resort. The location is perfect, with crystal-clear water, soft white sand, and breathtaking sea views. The resort is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Our room was comfortable and spacious, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring the island. Breakfast had a good variety of choices, and the beachfront restaurant offered delicious food with an amazing sunset view. We especially enjoyed relaxing by the beach and taking beautiful photos around the resort. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we highly recommend Ananya Lipe Resort to couples, families, and anyone looking for a peaceful tropical vacation. We would definitely love to come back again!

Not very hygienic; the bedding was dirty. Plus, there was only one staff member. They even took my phone to check the price I paid for my 'Eileen Hotel' booking and told their manager. Check-in had to be done day by day, so I had to re-swipe my card and sign again the next day to extend my stay. The hotel breakfast area was full of flies [shocked emoji]. And there were cockroaches 🪳 all over the room.

Great location just few steps to walking street! We choose room with direct access pool. Comfy beds & the room was spacious. I will book again when come to Koh Lipe.

The breakfast was decent, and the pool was very close by. It was just a short walk to the pedestrian street, which made dining and shopping super convenient. Getting to the beach was also a breeze.

Very close to the pedestrian street. Breakfast was just okay. The kids absolutely loved being able to open the balcony and jump straight into the pool, which was a big plus for them. For adults, it was nothing special, neither good nor bad. Maybe it's because I've seen the sights in Sairenn already. Overall, I'd give the experience an 80 out of 100.

Room: Clean and nice. Breakfast: Good, tasty. Service: Restaurant staff were very good, but the front desk receptionists need to improve their service attitude and smiles. Location: A 1-minute walk to Walking Street, right next door. The border checkpoint is also next door, so the location is very convenient. A welcome drink upon arrival was a nice touch, especially since it was hot – the cold towel and drink were perfect! 👍 The pool with a pool bar is also great. Overall, everything was very good.

The location is probably the biggest plus here. It's right by the pier when you get off the boat in Koh Lipe, so you can walk straight there. They even help with luggage, so you just stroll along! The pool area is quite large, good for swimming. There are several restaurants and bars to suit different tastes. **Cleanliness:** We left a tip every day, so the room was cleaned pretty well. **Ambiance:** The hotel is right next to Walking Street, which is a big plus for anyone who loves shopping. The ocean outside is beautiful, despite a lot of boats coming and going; it's just not very quiet. **Service:** The service was truly terrible. The front desk staff clearly treated Chinese guests differently. We came during the low season, so the occupancy was very low, but they gave us a deluxe pool access room in the furthest corner, quite a distance from the main pool view. I've heard they only give Chinese guests the 'tail end' rooms, and I certainly experienced it! The front desk staff were also quite impatient when we asked questions, and the tuk-tuk they helped us call was more expensive than ones we found ourselves. I really can't complain enough about the service here! All the other hotels we stayed at on the island had much better service. There wasn't even a welcome treat for my birthday, which other places provided!

Breakfast options were a bit limited, and the coffee wasn't very good! Everything else was fine though – the hotel location is great and convenient, and the service was good too.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, it was still very tasty. There were many pools, and the beach was just a few steps away. Highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic location, just a minute or two walk to the beach right at the entrance of the walking street. The hotel itself is beautiful, with plenty of comfortable lounge areas under the trees, offering amazing close-up sea views. The evening dinner view was lovely, and the live band played great music. The service was excellent too; I even chartered a boat for an island hopping trip through the hotel, and it was cheaper than what the walking street vendors offered. The room was clean and quite spacious, though it felt a little older compared to Akira.

The hotel’s location is fantastic—right on the beach, with beautiful views and easy access to the shoreline. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which really made the stay enjoyable. While the overall experience was pleasant, the property itself feels quite dated, and the rooms and facilities would benefit from renovations and modern updates. With some refurbishment, this could be an excellent beachfront hotel.

The room was fantastic, spacious, and spotless. It's right by the beach and the pedestrian street, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. They even gave us complimentary cocktails, and the bar food was delicious and affordable. I'll definitely be booking here again next time! The service was warm and welcoming; they even arranged a car to take us to our next hotel.
