A plus giving great service. Sun is the one who serve and follow up our needs for 3 days. I will come back again for staying in future. Very recommend.

I think it's good hotel. it's convenient can walk to pattaga beach and sunrise beach, clean and have good staff. but some funiture it's old and bath room not great.

the hotel is very clean, and the location is very convenient, located in the middle walking street. There is a mini supermarket at the lobby of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

At middle of Market street, very convenient. Nice western breakfast, many option to choose. Spacious room although fixture a bit old. Nearby a pub music a bit loud but will close by 12midnight.

Location is great.. middle of 'walking street' with easy access to food, shops, 7eleven, money changers, etc... Easy access to beaches.. There is a big supermarket located at the base of the hotel as well.. room is just nice with huge bed.. staff is super attentive and very helpful.. breakfast service is ala carte but tastefully done.. top quality taste & presentation.. overall- hugely satisfied and highly recommended..

Clean and spacious rooms, next to the walking street and only a few minutes walking from beaches and piers. Check in was smooth and friendly, only downside is the breakfast, no more choice then egg on toast, no Thai option.

Good hotel. Situated in the centre of the island on Walking Street. Large shop downstairs. View from the window was of the neighbouring building, located 1 metre from the window. Good room.

Stayed here for 4 out of 6 days in Lipe Island. It's a really comfortable place! The breakfast is average and à la carte. But since it's right on the pedestrian street, there's no shortage of food and it's not noisy at night. The hotel staff are very warm and helpful. The banana cake they gave is super delicious!

The little brother will pick you up at the pier to take you to the hotel. The room is quite clean, but you are not allowed to wear shoes upstairs, which is very unusual. You need to use a key to lock and open the door when entering and leaving the room. The hotel is on the street, and you can walk around everywhere and it is very lively.

The price/performance ratio is good. It's right in the center of the pedestrian street and life is more convenient than other hotels. The room is very small. Don't live in this building next to the street, it's very noisy. At night, the music in the bar next to me didn't end until 2 o'clock in the morning. The sheets were not very clean and there was a lot of dust in the gaps around the bed. If you want to go out to sea and island hop every day, it is more cost-effective to live here.
