Great place, a bit far from everything but if you have a scooter you are golden.

Dissappointing Experience I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The location of my room was on a hill, which made accessing it quite challenging. Walking was nearly impossible, as you must rely on the golf cart service. Waiting times for a ride could stretch up to 20 minutes, which proved to be quite inconvenient. At night, the surrounding area was teeming with animal noises, making it incredibly difficult to get any sleep. This was a significant drawback, as a good night's rest is essential for an enjoyable stay. Overall, I'm genuinely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. I would hesitate to recommend it, especially for those who value ease of access and a peaceful night's sleep.

We absolutely loved our stay here! We were during covid times, so it was really quiet which made it extra special. Staff was lovely and professional with a warm welcome! Rooms was unique and funky! But the food in the restaurant was one of the best we ever had in Thailand with reasonable prices! Applauses to the chef! We hopping to be back to the cabin! All the best! X

We were lucky enough to have a beautiful beachfront suite (A02) facing out onto the ocean, palms, and a beach swing! The room is one of the best we've ever stayed in. A huge suite with a big wooden dividing door to separate the lounge and bedroom area. You could have a family of 4 in here (but we'll come onto that!). Every tiny detail around this resort is stylish and cool. We absolutely loved every aspect of our room/suite. All the staff were lovely, smiley and helpful (confused by some reviews on here to the contrary). My GF's Mai Tai was one of the best she's ever had. We've both travelled the world extensively both with work/holidays and we both agree that it's one of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed in as it perfectly suits are needs and the attention paid to detail/design was wonderful. Without question we would return here if it were an adult only resort. However, we have to admit that there are a few too many toddlers running around/screaming in the pool for our liking! We absolutely know this isn't the hotels fault. We travelled in August, so I guess it's the school holidays. We can also see that the room facilities work brilliantly for families too. If it were adult only, we'd be back next year! There's a free shuttle to the town every hour, which is brilliant AND they'll come and pick you up if you WhatsApp them for a crazy small fee. Congratulations to all for creating a memorable few days for us.

We had a miserable stay. The place was very loud, the personnel rude, the room not attended to. We complained a couple of times and were ignored, staff and also management did not even try to be polite. Never again!

The service was just terrible! In breakfast they are just not good staff. They have lucky that the room is OK. Not worse The money. Go to anatara hotel! Perfect with no words!! They need to do some homework about the service!!! Alot of sters!!!!
