Beach Hotels in Koh Si Chang

Thank you SW to take care of us. I was traveling with my small kid who love to runaround and SW is one of the recommended places that I choose. All crews are SUPER awesome! It’s starting from the guard - super kindness man, the receptionist AKA Mr M or the waitress AKA Miss Ploy. If I had a chance, I will visit again for sure.

The hotel is not big, a 4-storey single-family building built on the shape of a mountain by the sea, surrounded by similar small hotels. The boss and waiter are good. The breakfast is simple, fried eggs, intestines, two slices of bread, chicken nuggets, drinks, etc. The room faces the sea with a good view. The room is relatively simple, with bathroom and clean.

The owner and the couple are super nice, the car is picked up, the house is clean, the yard is very flavorful, next time I will stay for a few more days, my friends and I are very satisfied! Friends, couples, and families are all suitable for travel. The owner understands English and communication is completely fine! Really good!

Good atmosphere, cool air, very strong shower water, breakfast, no plug to plug in, charging the battery, phone, TV, broken refrigerator, so cold that everything is ice.

I sent an email (as shown on their website) a couple of weeks before booking but received no reply. I had to phone them to confirm they had reopened. Booked online for 3 nights. Google Maps shows it is walkable from the pier or take one of the many tuk tuks waiting. Bring your DEET spray. The lady Manager has limited English but her husband understands better. But they are both very helpful as best they can. The bungalows are set around a well tree shaded courtyard. The room is large, modern and clean. Typical firm Thai mattress, clean bedding, quiet, efficient aircon but the TV has no dedicated English speaking channels. There is a short rail with some hangers but they really need to provide a shelving unit for storage given the bungalow price. The bathroom is a decent size with the shower and toilet segregated. Water heater worked well with good pressure.I had no soap but was given the next day when I asked. Room cleaning is upon request but I was asked on my second day. I was only staying 3 nights and as I'm not a messy person I did not require it. Overall, I had a comfortable stay. Footnote: Don't believe what you read on their website eg tuk tuk to the pier is now 60 baht. Why have a website if you can't maintain it with up to date information/respond to emails.

Generally speaking, the environment is pretty good. The surrounding area is a little deserted and there is no seaside, but the island is very small, 300 meters away is the best seaside to watch the sunset. The price/performance ratio is still very good. The rooms are large, with air-conditioning and fans, and complete facilities, but they are relatively outdated, suitable for travelers who are not demanding and looking for cost performance. The Thai people's service attitude is really worthy of praise. They are kind, help rent motorcycles, and map directions. Although we can't pick up and drop off, we disembarked from the pier and walked for 20 minutes. You can use Baidu Maps.

Accommodation next to the sea Not much from the pier Convenient transportation, there is a shuttle bus between the pier and the accommodation. The price is suitable for the location and comfort. The owner and the caretaker are friendly to facilitate all the time. The tourist attractions are not very far away, can travel in one day.

The room was very clean, there was a small balcony, very quiet, I could sleep very early at night, I usually got up early, there was no dog barking nearby, I rented a motorcycle, so the location did not matter, I will go next time!
