Anattaya Holiday Home

Ninaa is just an awesome host! very welcoming, friendly, any question is super easy to solve and it’s pleasant to talk to her. The same as with people surrounding her. I would stay more, but it was fully booked already, people love this place, simple and cosy, wooden houses, calm courtyard hidden in trees.

It was a very nice place to spend our stay on the island. The owner took loving care of her resort and was always ready to help. The food was also very good. The rooms are clean and inviting with insulating curtains. We would come back.
Samsam YAO Noi - Andaman Magic & Art Villas

We are so happy we chose to stay at SAM SAM and Koh Yao Noi! This hotel is a unique experience, full of beautiful art, kind and attentive staff, beautiful grounds with views of the surrounding jungle hills, and tucked away from the rest of the town. Each villa/suite seems to be incredibly private which I think is hard to find in other hotels. The basics are covered: breakfasts were delicious, beds comfortable, great AC, everything you expect from a nice hotel, but there were many extras as well! From the nice gym to the dojo to the scooter and bike rental to the table tennis, and more including many experiences. They booked all of our travel from our previous hotel in Phuket, to our next hotel in Krabi. It’s nice to feel cared for like this! We will be daydreaming about Koh Yao Noi and our time at SAM SAM until we are able to return again! Highly recommended!
Purana Resort Koh YAO Noi

We had a great stay in a Garden Villa - beautiful, clean and comfortable Villa. Loved spending time on the patio, the hotel even delivered us dinner one night to eat on our private patio. Breakfast is delicious with lots of options. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. Beach bar is cute with chairs to relax and enjoy an afternoon or evening cocktail. Location is the only potential downside to be aware of - most restaurants and sandy beaches to swim and spend time on the beach are on the east side of the island. If you are comfortable motor biking which we are, it wasn’t a problem to motorbike 15 minutes across the island or into the small town. You can rent a motorbike directly from the hotel. But the location is quiet and beautiful!
Dan's Koyao Retreat

We were looking for the perfect tropical island, a paradise with few tourists and village-life. We finally found what we were looking for in Koh Yao Noi. The locals of Koh Yao Noi were some of the friendliest we had come across in Thailand. For a country that’s full of welcoming, warm people, that’s really saying something. Then it was Dan’s Koyao Retreat and the great host. Sin and the ladies took such a great care of us. It felt like we were staying in a home. Luckily we were alone during our stay. They offer three villas tucked away in the greenery, a private pool with a fantastic view and is visited by all kinds of birds, including hornbills. There are a handful of great restaurants and a beach at walking distance, and scooters and bikes are provided to explore the rest of the island. Service includes breakfast and afternoon tea, and they can organize fantastic massages, other meals and activities on request. We travel a lot and this is the best place we´ve ever stayed at. We will never forget the sunrise, the sounds and the views, the atmosphere and the warm hospitality. We will be back.
Holiday Resort

A taxi ride off the pier along the main road for about 15 minutes and you're there. Being on the main road isn't so bad as bike rentals can be made onsite and its quick to get out and explore from there. The bungalows themselves are picturesque, more so on the outside then the inside. The mattresses are quite thin, but if you're used to a hard mattress and want that good posture over comfort benefit then there you go. The staff is friendly and helpful and there is complementary coffee in the room and the lobby. There are built in shelves to put your things and the shower had hot water and decent pressure. There is a lovely pond along all the bungalows, beautiful pam tress and flowers and the ocean is right across the street. Although there is a beach I would recommend taking the time to explore other places on the island to find hidden gems and be away from traffic.
