Very disappointed stay! First we enter the room and open the toilet, the whole room is full of smoking and public toilet smell!! Even we spray a lot room fresheners, no help! Not mention we got a kid. I wanna vomit also. And they are self help check in / out, no service at all.

Not much to expect from a standard business hotel, but this was disappointing. The self-check-in machine is not intuitive at all, didn't recognize my passport. The laundry machines have a password protection function that isn't explained in English in the instructions. When I returned to the front desk to ask for instructions, five staff members were working on a single problem and didn't serve the new guests arriving for check-in. Once I was in line, I was ignored. Terrible service. Never again.

Express hotel, the location is very good, it takes about 4 minutes to get out of Kobe Sannomiya, and it is not very difficult to carry luggage. The room is quite large for Kobe. The suitcases can be spread out on the floor, which is very neat. There are free drinks all day and free desserts in the afternoon on the second floor.
After staying for two days, I hung up Do Not Disturb when I went out the next day. When I came back in the evening, I found that the waiter had hung up a bag of replacement bath towels. The details were also excellent. However, I feel that the room may be newly renovated and has a bit of a smell. Although the roadside signboard is large, the entrance is still a bit difficult to distinguish.

I was a little worried when I looked at the photos of the hotel when I made the reservation, but I was very satisfied with my actual stay. The location is very close to Sannomiya Station, and it's very convenient for shopping and sightseeing. The room is comfortable and clean, and there is a drink bar available all day long, as well as Kobe donuts in the afternoon, which is really thoughtful.

The hotel room was so big, it was unexpected.
Breakfast is simple but sufficient.
