想像していたよりもこじんまりとしていましたが、内装も素晴らしく可愛いホテルでした。対応してくださった方々も暖かみがあり、とても居心地の良い安らげるところでした。ショップがクローズしているということで、レモンケーキのセットのサービスも大満足です！

2泊目に主人が体調を崩したのですが、お願いして部屋に朝食を持って来てくださって助かりました。主人が部屋で休んでいる時に、邪魔しない様に外に出ていたのですが、ホテル内にもソファや読書スペースがあったので利用させて頂きました。とても良かったです。また伺いたいです。

早餐出名的老牌酒店，位置和服務都不錯，到異人館步行可達，離開神户港叫出租也是15分鐘左右。走到mouriya大概十分鐘。

女子旅で利用させていただきました。 部屋は緑を基調としていて、中世ヨーロッパをイメージさせる豪華な室内に心躍りました！ アメニティがクラランスだったのもとても嬉しかったです。 朝食は、送迎車で北野テラスまで連れて行っていただき、神戸の街並みを一望しながらいただきました。 どれも本当に美味しくて、特に今まで食べたことのないタピオカには驚きました。 最後にシェフの方が話をしに来てくれて、こだわりなどを教えていただけたのもよかったです。 ルームサービスとして、レモンケーキとコンフィチュール、焼き菓子などをいただきました。 このレモンケーキが本当に美味しすぎて。。。初めてレモンケーキに感動しました。このしっとり感と品のいい甘さは唯一無二だと思います！ホテルの向かいにあるブティックでも購入できるとのことでしたが、今回は購入しなかったので次回訪問したときは必ず購入したいです！ ホスピタリティ溢れるサービスのおかげで心地よい時間を過ごせました。 最高のホテルステイをありがとうございました！

神戸北野ホテルには２度目の宿泊でしたが、チェックインからチェックアウトまで快適に過ごすことが出来ました。以前は徒歩にて１５分程度でそんなに遠くなかったと思いましたが、坂道だったので今回は往路は（JR三ノ宮から）タクシーで￥９００、復路はJR三ノ宮までほぼ１０分間隔の市バス（ホテル前のバス停から￥１１０）を利用しました。最寄駅から交通機関を利用しやすい位置に立地しています。 ベッドの寝心地は良かったのですが、ベッドの高さが昭和生まれの私にとっては少し髙かったです。（海外の人やZ世代には問題ないともいますが・・・）

猫脚のお風呂で凄く可愛くて、お部屋の雰囲気も最高でした。 朝食は天気が悪く景色が見れなかったのが残念でした‥ それでも、朝食のパンの中でクロワッサンが1番美味しかったです。 サクサクで味もしっかりしてました。 ケーキを頼んでお部屋でいただきました。苺がたくさんあってとても大満足です。 どのお部屋も素敵だと思います。 また泊まった事のないお部屋でゆっくりしてみたいです。 ショップのクッキーも美味しいですね。 次はお天気が良く景色を見ながら食事が出来たらいいなと思います。素敵な時間をありがとうございました。
