Customer service was great, there is staff that can speak excellent chinese and some of the younger ladies can do english as well The onsen was fun, both authenticated gold and silver onsens in the town are available in the men/women's bath Room is cozy and spacious, size for up to a family of 5 Central location between two convenience stores at night This ryokan serves authentic kobe beef, and it was part of the ryokan package, enjoyable washoku dinner and breakfast although it may not be to everyone's preference

The party room booked through trip.com was far away and not the main room. It felt like I was buying a promotional room.

The private hot spring is the silver spring. You still have to go to the public hot spring to take a bath. However, there are not many people. I went there after breakfast at 8 o'clock in the morning and caught up with no one to book it.
