It's hard to give a good review in all aspects. There is almost no soundproofing. Can you believe it if you can hear the sound of paper being drawn out in the bathroom next door? I didn't fall asleep for an hour straight as I opened and closed the doors and heard other guests talking and laughing. I was woken up from time to time until after 3:30 in the evening... The food is a mess, so definitely don’t order it. There is no bottled water. Give me a bottle and go downstairs to fill it yourself. I walked a bit from Arima Onsen Station, and there were no signboards, so I wandered around. The staff was very polite and the room was very clean. I also received tickets for two hot springs, which was a great deal for the weekend price.
