Hotel service is very good. You can request hotel van transportation anytime. They drive you to Ropeway station and Arima Onsen Station freely. Onsen service is excellent. Overall is very good.

Very nice onsen where you can get both Kinsen（golden hot spring）and Ginsen（silver hot spring）. Breakfast is buffet with lots of choices. It’s quite near to both train and bus station. There’s direct bus to Kyoto and Kobe. The hotel is located a short distance up the slope. You can request hotel shuttle to train/bus station.

A beautiful hotel with onsen. The food (dinner) is good and the breakfast is also not bad. A lot of choices to choose from. Hotel room is the traditional tatami style which make our experience more memorable.

This is an old onsen building. It is more for people to try out traditional onsen and japanese culture place. The food is nice, not the best.

Every aspect is very nice with a good onsen to relax there except unpleasant smell from the toilet inside the room persistently.

No greetings by the staffs when we arrived by car. The hot spring suite (outer inside the room) was smelly. Hotel sharing hot spring with next hotel & hot spring is nice. Hotel has Golden & Silver hot springs which are very famous in Arima area.

Enjoyed our stay and the use of the public onsen. The onsen for hotel guests was small. Good for those who prefer privacy. Breakfast and dinner was very good value for the price charged. Highly recommended!

The value for money is very poor. The hotel does not live up to its 4-star rating. While it is an onsen, we expected a much better experience for the price. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. Dinner and breakfast are included in the package, but unfortunately, the taste was subpar. The hot baths are clean, but many additional services come at an extra cost, which is disappointing given the already high price rates. I do not recommend it.

The location allows you to walk to the rows of shops in the hot spring town. Of course, the hot springs are great. Taiko no Yu, a hot spring facility that is open to non-guests, is impressive, but it was very crowded when we visited. There is also a hot spring facility exclusively for guests (it is smaller and has fewer baths than Taiko no Yu), but it is located in the basement with no elevator and is not suitable for elderly people as it requires stairs (though there is a single-seater facility that can go up and down the stairs). The morning bath exclusively for guests is available from 6am. Taiko no Yu is open from 9am (depending on the season). Unfortunately, we were leaving early and could only use the private baths. The meals for breakfast and dinner were excellent.
