This hotel is super convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Motomachi Station on the JR line in central Kobe. They even have a natural hot spring bath, free ice cream, Yakult, and ramen for a late-night snack! However, because it's so popular and there are a lot of guests, you often have to queue for breakfast. On a few days, if we went a bit later, there were no seats left, and we missed out on breakfast entirely.

Came to run the Kobe Marathon, and this place was incredibly convenient. It's less than 1 km walk from the starting point, and the race even passes right by the hotel! The hotel's hot spring was very comfortable, and they offered free popsicles, coffee, and Yakult – super happy about that! There are tons of restaurants downstairs, and it's walking distance to Daimaru department store. I'll definitely stay here again for the next Kobe Marathon!
