Room size is small but standard for Japan, that part is fine. For the price, however, don’t expect too much beyond four walls and a bed.
Staff were unprofessional and inflexible, refusing to engage even when I tried using a translation app. The hotel advertises complimentary skincare, but when we requested it in the morning (with one more night to stay and our luggage already sent via delivery service), we were flatly refused.
Amenities felt rationed: two guests got one set, and different staff gave completely different things, one offered a full skincare set, another pretended a single sachet of lotion was all that existed.
They only provide room cleaning for stays of more than three nights, and they didn’t offer any cleaning even when requested. We also had to practically negotiate for an iron and were told to return it within an hour, as if we were likely to run off with it.
Location is the only real plus , close to the station but it’s right next to an active construction site, so expect noise and dust. Convenient area, but with this level of service and these policies, I would NOT stay here again.
