Hotel is just off chinatown in a quiet street. Rooms are clean and comfy. No view. Simple hotel with no frills. Near to motomachi station. 5 mins walk to merikan park, harbour etc. great to explore Kobe as a base. Recommended.

Facilities: Well-equipped, a standard Japanese hotel. Service: Average, not the warm Japanese service I'm used to. Cleanliness: Very clean! 👍👍👍 Environment: Good location, not far from the port or the subway station. Plenty of shops downstairs too! (｡･ω･｡)ﾉ🚇

The room was extremely dark, making it feel a bit eerie, and the cleanliness left something to be desired. However, the tall, Chinese-speaking lady at the front desk was incredibly polite. The surrounding area is very convenient for shopping, with a FamilyMart convenience store right outside the door. It's also very close to Daimaru Department Store, and Kobe Port Tower is easily accessible.

Rooms are bigger than average Japanese hotels, basically a new hotel just a minute away from KOBE CHINA TOWN. Plenty of shops to enjoy food or shopping. Breakfast is a little simple Indian restaurant, nothing to choose much. Bicycles can been rent at the front desk for 500 JPY per use. Very convenient to get around the city. Will absolutely stay here every-TIME visiting KOBE.

This hotel offers great value for money, with a superb location right by Kobe Port. A post-dinner stroll along the waterfront is a real treat. The room itself was quite spacious, but the facilities are definitely dated. They only have wall-mounted air conditioning units, with no central AC.

Great place for a few days stay. Near to meriken park, Kobe tower and Chinatown. Even walked to harborland. Beds are spacious. Although no housekeeping during our 2 night stay, they provide fresh bath towels daily.
