It is a wonderful hotel, a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the nature, onsens and exclusively excellent Kaisai dinner. You can book two private onsens per 1 day (e.g. one in the evening and 1 in the morning) and also 1 private stay in sauna. You can spend time together with your couple. Public onsens are almost free all the time, so you can enjoy them either. We really loved our stay, the hospitality of all staff and free transfer provided. I have looked through many hotels, but this was the best with quality price ratio.

The room was quite spacious. I recommend booking the hot springs as early as possible upon arrival. You can only book two different pools per day, and there are a total of five private hot springs plus one public one available. I've tried 'Cat's Love,' 'Seven-Segment Flower,' 'Boat's Love,' and 'Flower's [something],' but the 'Boat' one was a bit too small, even though the staff said it and 'Cat's Love' are quite popular.

Wonderful service provided by this hotel, onsen experience was superb as there was a private outdoor onsen on your own! Flawless clean room and all are staffs were extremely friendly, many of them can speaks English so you don’t have to worry about the communication! It is walkable the Main Street of Arima main steet!

Located in the famous Arima Onsen, this ryokan stands out as it boasts its own hot spring source, which is a major draw. The rooms are more spacious and comfortable than other ryokans in a similar price range. Guests can enjoy two private onsen baths for free, both offering beautiful views. The quality of the Kaiseki dinner was exceptional.

This boutique Onsen hotel is great for different Onsen experiences as it provides 2 free private Onsen sessions for you to explore outdoor and indoor Onsen with your friends and relatives without other people. Food is very delicate and delicious both for dinner and breakfast. One of my best Onsen hotel experiences with this hotel. Highly recommend to those who are interested in Japan onsen
