If you register as a free member of Hotel Fine, there was a free or discounted service for drinks and meals from the day, but since it was a reservation without meals from an external site, I could not receive the service. However, the staff was nice and the room was clean and spacious. Although it is a love hotel, you can stay at a much cheaper price than the surrounding hotels. It is impossible to arrive without a car (free parking lot). I think it would be better if you can check in from 18:00. Check-out is until 12:00, so you can relax. In addition, there is nothing around. There is a refrigerator, so prepare your food in advance and stay overnight.

Stayed in the Club suite and it was awesome! Huge room with two bedrooms, 1 with a double and 1 with 2 x super single size beds, plus a huge living room with sofa and table to sit 8 comfortably. Lovely clean room with lotsa space for my two children to run around playing hide and seek. Awesome view at level 30 too. Highly recommended!

The location is close to the Shinjuku Line of Hanshin Line and it takes 10 minutes to walk. The hotel is not small, the room is not small, but it belongs to the lover hotel, usually the front desk can not see the waiter. Deliver food to the room in the morning. It would take a whole page of details to describe how nice this place is in 2020. I stayed there three times, each time in different rooms, each time perfect. It is just NICE. Location is perfect, quiet yet one stop from Kobe, the neighborhood is romantic like Greenwich Village or Montmartre or a nice place in San Francisco. The little house is very cute, very homey, with a large common space. The staff are incredible. Just rush to stay there before the team get old and change business. For the time being, they are super super master of genuine hospitality. They made me understand what is the pinnacle of a ”guesthouse Japanese style”. There is an elevated railway line running just on the other side of the street. It is not a problem because during the night, there are no trains. I fully recommend this place.
